Not much to say other than this is some really good pizza. I have 2 toddlers so its a great lazy option to buy when you want to be lazy and not cook. Wings, Salad and Steak fries are good as well. Glad I found this spot.

I came here out of the blue. I was craving pizza and this place popped up. It was a nice place in a plaza full of different restaurants, but ultimately this place called my name. They had a variety of pizza and the on that stood out for me was the sweet pig, which is just another name for Hawaiian. It was cheesy and a good size slices. I was sharing with another person and we both became full. The size of the pizza was good and the pizza was delicious. They provided me with all the essentials to enjoy my pizza such as pepper, Parmesan cheese, ranch. The ranch itself is what made it! I will be coming back. The person at the front was very nice and polite. The ambiance was simple and place to just enjoy your pizza nothing to fancy. I will be coming back.

We're regulars at the First Class Pizza near our home at the Woodbury Town Center, but recently found this express version, and we figured we'd try it out. Although this place has a few tables inside, I noticed that most orders were to go. The place was very quiet with just one person working in the kitchen and one out front taking orders. I just came in early to check how long my order would take, and they were nice enough to give me a more accurate time than the app, which was a bit shorter. Ordered our usual Extra Large, half and half, regular crust with half veggie and half bbq chicken..... easy on the sauce. I had placed my order online, and it was easy to do so, and I was able to give "special instructions" like "no olives"... and "easy on the sauces." They did well on the latter, but my veggie pizza was filled with olives.... not good. Although the toppings were very generous and tasted very yummy, the crust was totally different from my regular First Class Pizza store. The crust here was not baked enough....it was just soft and without the wonderfully hot, fresh, and crisp outer layer and fluffy delicious inside it's supposed to have. The crust also just tasted very different.... kind of disappointing. My wife and I agreed that we're going to stick to the First Class Pizza at the Woodbury Town Center in Irvine as it's so far one of the very best pizzas we've had around these parts.

Under new ownership and not the same. We've been coming to this location ever since they opened and before that, Woodbury. I looked forward to their pizza every week and the new owner is ruining it for me. First he gets rid of my favorite honey mustard for some gelatinous yellow goo. Then all of the awesome employees are replaced. The quality and flavor are hit and miss now. Tonight when we came to pick up our order, the kid looked at us blankly and said, "Oh..." He forgot to put it in the oven. And it (not surprisingly) wasn't extra cheese. Time to find a new pizza place. As much as it pains me because I loved First Class. Oh, and by the way... we started coming here twice a week during the pandemic to support local businesses and didn't stop. You WILL miss us! At least your books will.

Very rarely do you come across people who are extremely genuine, but the people that work here are just that. The food is also incredible

Absolutely delicious. Ordered the mini cheese pizza and was a perfect portion for one. The pizza was perfectly crunchy, just thick enough, and not greasy like some pizzas tend to be. I'll certainly be back. Was a nice and quiet location, I'll bring the fam next time too! Thank you!

This place has gone DOWNHILL FAST. If you remember a friendly staff and good food, those days are over. Missed food items, food not done at time promised. Used to be the go to place for Pizza. No more. Hate this place.

Went to my local place to grab a slice and salad for lunch, and immediately noticed changes to the place. Wall to the kitchen is opened up, new digital signage up... and the cool young couple who ran the place were gone. I asked the nice gal for a slice of pepperoni and a salad. 'We don't have any pepperoni made, I have cheese or our special of the day.' Hmm... I asked 'could you throw some pepperoni on a couple of cheese slices and put that in the oven for me?' This put the young lady and her coworker into a state of uncertainty. 'Um, we need to call the owner and ask.' Maybe give the new owners time to sort it out. I returned 3 weeks later, and the same thing. Choices at 12:30 were cheese or some special, and the cheese pizza was obviously undercooked and been there for a bit. Time to find a new local for a slice once in a while I guess.

Found a new great pizza place!! This pizza has been the best I've tasted so far in lake forest! Flavorful crust, amazing toppings and they do not skimp! Totally recommend

Favorite place to go get pizza. They put so many toppings on top. The crust is thick and delicious. They don't scrimp on toppings. The garlic knots are buttery and delicious as well.

Always consistent. Enjoyed their fresh ingredients and dough. A hidden treasure in Foothill Ranch.

We've always loved First Class, but tonight we were very disappointed. The pizza arrived with chunks of onion and bell pepper. That would have been fine, the onion was bigger than the bell pepper, but both were essentially raw and the onion extremely strong and sharp; 25 minutes later I can still taste it. When I called to give them feedback, I was told there was a new owner, and he was using machines now, and they were no longer slicing them; the very nice young man said it might be they just didn't have the settings right. Apparently, they used to get them sliced from the Woodbury location, but would not be any longer. He asked me if I'd like to talk to the owner. I said yes. The young man put me on with someone who he said was the owner, but according to the person I then spoke to, he referred to the owner as someone else. Whoever he was, he came to the conversation almost confrontational, clearly didn't care about the feedback, and said that was the way it was going to be going forward; he didn't even say he was sorry we were disappointed with the pizza. I didn't necessarily want anything done in terms of a replacement or a refund, but his not giving a sh*t attitude really did not sit well with me whatsoever. He kept telling me my phone was cutting out, sounding very annoyed, and when I asked if he could hang on until I found a spot with better reception, apparently hung up on me. If he had made an effort to discuss this new development saying they would look into it going forward, that would have gone a long way with me, but that wasn't even an option. Again, clearly feedback was not welcome. I'm not sure why this location now has a new owner, but I will think long and hard before ordering another pizza from them. I've already watched the thriving nail salon I used to go to in this small strip mall-type location ruined by a new owner, I hope this isn't going to happen to First Class as well. I would have given 3 stars but whomever I spoke to, took it to two stars.

Zesty Italian pizza is my favorite. The crust is thick but not overly. The cheese ,sausage and tomato sauce are yummy. It sure hit the spot .

I tried this location for the first time this past weekend. The pizza was decent. I think the other locations are better though. Maybe it's because this spot doesn't have a "real" dining area. I just remember being impressed after eating at the Anaheim Hills or Sand Canyon locations (although I can't remember if the Anaheim Hills location has a big dining area). I'll be back here though because it's close to me but I wish it was more like the other two locations I mentioned here.
