The guy in the front is very rude. First and last time coming here. Rice was all melted and felt he did it on purpose because I asked him to cook my meet well done.

Terrible food, terrible customer service. I had an encounter with Stingy Sauce Man...you can tell he hates working here. As for the food, the chicken was overcooked, dry, and tasteless (that's why you need the sauce). Do yourself a favor and just go to Chipotle if you want a bowl. This place is useless. Supposed to be Korean inspired but not one person there knows anything about Korean food.

I went in right when they opened and got the mini bowl with the Angus beef which was $12 alone. A bit pricey, but initially I was fine with it. Service was fast, but the food was cold. I was expecting it to be fresh and hot. The veggies were also pretty hard. I thought they were supposed to be cooked. $12 for a bowl of cold food wasn't really worth the price.

Great food. Great atmosphere. We went in during soccer tournaments with a bunch of our boys and they were very welcoming.

The cashier was rude when I was ordering and gave me the wrong dish completely not what I asked for I wanted a spicy chicken bowl but got some bland chicken bowl with some sort of teriyaki sauce. Also ordered a $3.50 side of kimchi that they didn’t give me. Just a waste of money in my opinion will not be going here again.

This spot is great for hungry teens or adults to grab an after school snack, dine in, or get a meal to go. ‘Twas hard to believe the perfectly cooked brown rice and generous portions of my “half and half” bowl—beef n chicken with veggies topped by their Magic Sauce—-totally delicious!

Worst food I had in a long time. Burned food, see pictures. They need to clean the cookware.How did they get 4 star?I would take my hard earned money and run the other direction, wherever you can.

The main reason I'm giving them a one-star review is because both of their restrooms are out of service, which I don't believe it's true more than anything. Anything? It seems that they don't want to open the restrooms to the public and have to clean them. The food is up to par to what you expect from a flame. Broiler but the service can definitely use some improvement.
