I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. As a regular customer, my colleagues and I have visited this place frequently after work since it's conveniently located near our company. However, our recent experience left us feeling ripped off and disrespected.We initially ordered tequila shots for our group of eight people. Shockingly, they didn't have the tequila we requested, but instead of informing us beforehand, they decided to bring us the most expensive tequila without our consent. Consequently, our bill ended up being astronomically high.When we spoke to the owner about the situation, we were met with utter indifference. Rather than taking responsibility for the miscommunication and attempting to rectify the situation, the owner insisted that we pay for the expensive tequila, claiming it was our mistake. This dismissive attitude towards regular customers is disheartening and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.It's no surprise that their customer base is shrinking if this is the way they treat their loyal patrons. I would caution anyone considering dining here to think twice about the quality of service they can expect. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction make this establishment an unfortunate choice for any dining occasion.

I went there with 3 of my friends to have lunch today the service was poor and we felt uncomfortable the staff was looking at us like we don't belong there, we then placed an order and had lunch we then asked for the bill which came up to around $153, which includes a service charge we paid the bill and leave a $10 tip, as we were about to leave the waitress called one of my friend back and demanded more tip in a very rude manner, embarrassing him, she demanded at least $10 more we were very surprised by this behavior. I will never go to this place again and would never recommend it to anyone I know because as far as I know a should be optional

Happy St Patrick's Day to Heroes, thank you Kelly lynn Chrisy and a very inviting Tanya and Tony.We had a very delicious Corned beef plate and Corned beef Rueben sandwich topped off with a Guinness and for my wife Cyndi an angry orchard. We were greeted with smiles and left with two bug smiles of our own ..... don't worry we are not going to wait a year to come back

Cool place, mellow vibe, gigantic portions and really cool selection of beer.

We loved this place but got kicked out because of my service dog. Had paperwork etc so this didn’t happen again but the manager said the owner said he didn’t care. The food was great, when we could eat there…

Parking: Lots of spots

One of our top 3 favorite places in OC. Really hoping they reopen. The food is incredible, as is the beer selection. Service is good at the bar where we always sit.PLEASE reopen!

This was a pretty cool bar. Food was pretty good, very big portions, service was mmmm ... alright, overall it's who you're going with that makes It worthwhile!

Love this place been here many times. The food is always good big portions big flavor and variety. The staff is great and great to watch football, many tvs,great atmosphere.

Went here on a Thursday after work with coworkers. We came with a large group.Overall the food and the drinks were 10/10. Absolutely delicious. Has a dive bar atmosphere to it.Service though was very unfriendly, waitress was really rude and overall just a hard time interacting with her.

Food is great portion size awesome butt the way they deliver the extra ranch you gotta pay for that. Like making it a big deal. I don’t need to hear about .50 cents just provide the ranch. Because of that I won’t be back. Not very Friendly atmosphere

Gross. Bad service and bad food, unclean. Won't be back. Two stars for being open and tap beer was fine.

Food was incredible and huge. Our server Kesenia was the friendliest sever I had in the ten days I visited. Definitely will visit again. Wings are spicy but not hot and the Small Nachos are ridiculously big and good. Plenty of craft beers to choose from.

I have never saw as big of a drink they give you. It is almost like they give you a 2 liter of pop. The hamburger was great also. I am wondering what extra spicy tastes like since spicy was almost just right for me.

I left D&B because of horrible service and found this location through a search, figured I give it a shot because of their reviews. I'm a loner and very much an introvert, because of that I literally was there alone. There was no place at the bar to sit so I sat at a table. Food, service, staff and etc was great.I ordered their spicy burger. Yes, it has some kick which was nice. But, the grease and oil saturated the bottom buns. I always order my burgers medium raw, so the saturation was kind of expected.This is where and why I'm giving this place a 1 star review. I ALWAYS eat my French fries last! So, after finishing my burger I stepped away to wash my hands. When I returned I noticed they took away my plate of French fries that I was purposely trying to save to eat at the end. At least they left my beer and water at the table. Once again I purposely leave French fries and pickles until the very end! $15 for a burger and not able to enjoy my favorite part of my meal has left a horrible impression of this place.
