Service is consistently super slow, and getting worse. Don't walk in to get a sandwich. App ordering is slightly faster, but there were times I went to pick up the online order placed half an hour ago and it's still not ready.

I ordered online and was quoted 30 minutes. That’s fine no problem. I don’t mind waiting. I know sometimes the one at the LBX Takes a little bit longer. So I go after about 30 minutes to pick up my order it wasn’t ready I look over about 10 other people are waiting for their orders The gentleman who I checked in with was very nice and told me it’ll be about another 15 to 20 minutes. I don’t know what’s going on in that room, but it was very uncomfortable waiting. It was 84° out today I can only imagine how uncomfortable the staff is as well. Anyways please adjust your pick up orders so that we are not waiting an hour for a sandwich. Thank you

I'd give no stars if possible, I ordered my food in a 30 minute advance for pick up only to be made to wait 53 mins to be told that my order was given to someone else. Now I had to go back to work without being able to eat.

This Ikes is really great, partly because of this guy at the register, who is so friendly and kind and helpful. He even convinced me to sign up for the rewards program, which I don't usually do but he is just so informative and helpful that I did it. I had the Jim Rose sandwich with turkey and avocado and this great Dutch crunch roll. Very happy.

UPDATE: gave them another try and will not go back. Stood there for almost 5 mins before the 3 employees working slowly behind the counter even acknowledged me. AND IT WAS WRONG AGAIN!!! So not worth it.

I've liked Ike's before but my last few were just okay. I had placed an order with another restaurant through Grubhub for lunch today but they ran out of tuna and canceled. I went with Ike's after that because they offer gluten free bread (allergy) and tuna. The bread I think was actually gluten free because it didn't taste great and was hard but that's normal for gluten free. It's a bonus when gf bread doesn't crumble. The tuna OMG the tuna tasted like what I imagine cat food would taste like. Absolutely disgusting. Yuck. The avocado was barely ripe and didn't fit in the sandwich. The bacon I added wasn't even in there. I cannot get the horrible taste out of my mouth. I'm disabled and don't have a lot of money and feel like I wasted so much on something I had been craving. What was a day I didn't feel great has now turned into a bad day and I'm so nauseated. Will not be having sandwiches here again. Blegh. In a world where it's tough to have food sensitivities and tiny accounts, don't bother with eating here.
