I've been eating lunch at this branch for days. I've noticed that the fries here are smaller than other branches and aren't very filling. Also, the fries are always soft, never crispy. I think the small portions are a way to make more money for the branch. The burger packaging is also very poor; they fall apart as soon as you pick them up, and they don't wrap them properly.

When I’m unsure about what to get for family dinner, In-N-Out Burger is always my top pick. This location, like most, is consistently busy, but the staff’s exceptional service and remarkable speed never falter. This time, I chose to skip the drive-thru and dine inside. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming vibe that made this place feel just like my hometown In-N-Out. This is by far the best In-N-Out burger in the Orange County. The drive thru service is super fast, the food quality was exceptional, the staff were super nice and friendly.
It is located in a great spot in Foothill Ranch.
Very easy to access.
Also there are plenty free parking spots in the plaza.
The food and the service is a well deserved 5/5 stars.
