I go through the drive through and they continously ask me to wait at the front of the store in a parked spot when there are no other customers in line behind me. I don't like the demanding tones of the drive through employees, from this location, that always seem fed up.

All right guys where the hell do I begin. I walk into the establishment and the first thing that catches my eye are two trash cans blocking a exit door! For some odd reason I can't post pictures I did take pictures of it if the owners want to see a VIA mail. And why the heck do you put two big trash cans by the exit door perhaps they don't know local laws. if an exit door's broken lock renders it inoperable or locked in a way that hinders escape, it is illegal and a violation of building and fire codes because exit doors must always be easily openable from the inside during business hours. This ensures rapid evacuation during emergencies, so a broken lock that prevents free egress is a dangerous and illegal situation. Other than that you have employees that clearly can see there is no action in the dining area no customers however there are four or three cars in the drive-thru. So why the heck is your so-called soda vending machine only dispensing three or four drinks and why on Earth is there no cleanliness standards literally tabletops crumbs smudges raps of straws under tables have a gum floor has like drips of water all over it it's just a bad example. They got to get that door fixed because if I walk in it's the same thing I'm reporting it

8 out of 10 times my order was missing something. One day I was charged for another customer order and they couldn’t charge back my card. So they given it back in cash. You employees are brain dead and your location is not even busy. Get it together

I only use the drive-thru of this Jack in the Box in the evenings. In my opinion, this is the best Jack in the Box in the county. My orders are always correct and well-prepared, and the drive-through attendants are pleasant and polite.

The short heavy-set manager lady was antagonizing a customer with a mental disability over a drink refill and was having a good time doing so. She then tried to charge $1 over the normal price for a new drink order when someone tried to offer to pay for the disabled person's drink refill....It was clearly the most disgusting thing I've ever seen....and over something so minor. I hope there is some actual discipline handed out here.
