I came in at around evening and the place wasn’t busy at all, so I didn’t have to wait. David at the front counter was very helpful when I came in and offered me a cup-carrier while my food was preparing. And he was very friendly as I was walking out. Thank you.

I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo with Seasoned Curly Fries, Oreo Shake and Chocolate Overload Cake. The cake and ice cream worked well together for me and the cheeseburger was nice and juicy in the middle. The curly fries were also pretty good but there were so many I couldn’t finish them all, but I’m not complaining.

Overall I rate my first time at this Jack In The Box location a 4/5.

I got a supreme croissant, and it looked like someone smashed it flat before putting it in the box. I wish I had taken a picture. I don't know if I will eat here again.

Absolutely disappointed on more than one occasion with the horrendous drive through service. Was waiting at the drive thru intercom on January 3rd 2025 @ 5:50pm to place my order for several minutes with absolutely ZERO acknowledgement from the attendant. Tired of waiting and holding up the drive thru line, I finally asked if anyone was there to take my order. Now if at this point the drive thru attendant apologized for the wait, I would not be writing this negative response. Nope. What I did get was a very impatient, rude and annoyed sounding woman that muttered something unintelligible, and only AFTER I had to holler at the intercom for attention. Absolutely unacceptable. Once I pulled up to the window, I again did not receive any apology or acknowledgement of the inattentiveness and outright rude behavior. Hands down the worst drive thru service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing, on more than one occasion at this particular Jack in the Box.

Terrible attention from the beginning from the cashier who took my order in the dining room. Another young man gave me the food, I asked for two buffalo sauce and he denied that because it already had like “4” and if it was but 3 ranch that I didn't ask for. Minimal interaction and tense atmosphere. Zero kindness. Not even because we are paisas :(

The lady working the drive through on August 18th at 10:34 PM was absolutely amazing.. She had our food ready quick, ACCURATE (most important part) and had a great attitude. She deserves more.

If there is a 0 star I would give this a 0 star. Not a very good experience this time. Never gonna go back to this Jack In the box. The drive thru operated wasn't very friendly. The coke they gave me have a foul taste. I asked the server if she can change it to a sprite or something cuz the coke taste weird. She gives me an attitude and tell me to go inside and change. I told her I have a baby in the car. If she can just help me exchange. Still tell me rudely I have to go inside to change that she had a line behind me. Giving me a new drink will take that long?. Then I asked her if she can help me just throw it away , then she just told me there's a trash in the corner. What's the point of a drive thru then. Sigh.

Food was passable, left a weird feeling in my stomach afterwards. Fries were dry and very crunchy. The free-form soda machine had a weird coke flavor I haven't seen anywhere else before. The bathroom was a disaster, every surface was carved in with tags or whatever. Floor was soaked with liquid, disgusting. The dining room itself was very average. The employees in the back were playing music at the same time as the music in the PA speakers of the restaurant. Nobody was at the counter most of the time. Apparently there's only a few good menu items here and I didn't order either of them.

Vegetarian options: Reconsider.

There was an incident, with one of the employees either manager or attendant,Where I was waiting and waiting for someone to take my order at the counter, after a long period of time, and thenA lady showed up, and I said I thought nobody was here,and she replied, "Are you going to order or notWith an aggressive approach staring at me and then she walked away and didn't took my orderVery unpleasant behavior rude unpoliteIt makes me wonder if Jack & Box Stands behind that aggressive type of behavior towards costumers.That employee should have a better training or not to work with costumers,A lot of co-workers from the big company across the street don't go to that restaurant anymore,Because that unpleasant and aggressive behavior ,Hopefully Jack &Box takes it seriously, and creates better costumer service.For all it's Costumers.Thank you.
