The kid at the drive-through named Alejandro was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He got the order wrong consistently three or four times this morning when trying to order and when I asked for the manager, he lied and said that he was the manager and refused to show his badge. He then proceeded to argue rather than doing the right thing and listening to the order due to his mess up. I ordered a combo that was supposed to come with hashbrowns and it did not come with hashbrowns. He should not have a job here and if he is in leadership he should be immediately removed. Having been a form of manager it is incredibly disappointing to see People not take accountability for their actions. I was also not provided with the receipt For the order so was unable to call corporate. Alejandro should be removed from his position as soon as possible.

We just stopped for some food by the drive thru, but the guy taking the order was rushing so bad, he just wanted to tell us the total right away, even though we haven't finished to do our order. At the end the whole order was messed up.

Every single time they screw up an order. Whether it's a missing (or 4) sauce, the WRONG sauce, or they dont bother to look when it says NO lettuce/pickles/tomatoes or whatever (still have pickle or tomato juice running the sandwich... nevermind what if im ALLERGIC to one of those ffs.
Or the attitude of the manager. Older Hispanic lady, who says "sauce is 50 cents!" Amd slams the window while you're talking.
Maybe its a language barrier, but then why is she the manager? So rude. I HATE having to go to this location and avoid it if I can.

Ordered a jr jumbo jack with cheese and no pickles an recieved and regular jr jumbo jack,and the mexican kid with the slick back hair (like an off brand edgar)was so rude to me over the microphone and when i get up to the front he doesnt keep his same energy like a girl,he should be trained in customer service again, id rather go to jack in the box laguna hills instead
