They are usually good with their accuracy of order fulfillment, however the past two times, everything was the opposite of what I want, white bread instead of wheat, ham in a CALI TURKEY SUB!!! I asked for no bacon and I got bacon, as if they wanna shove pork down my throat. I asked no onions and I got extra onions!! Either a new hire or someone hitting the weed pen during work. I submitted a complaint form TWICE in the past two months and no one got back to me. Location owner doesn't care? Hoping for a resolution.

If the shop closes at a certain time, they should be able to make everything on the menu until that time. We came in 15 minutes prior to closing and said they were not able to make a sandwich on the grill because the grill was closed. If that is the case, specify grill hours as opposed to store hours. I know everyone wants to go home, but did not appreciate the attitude from the employees and not being able to get the menu item that I came in for.

Don't go unless you have an hour to kill. Worst service. Had a to go order placed at 8am for 11:45 pick up. I sent ready until 12:15.

DOORDASH ORDER! Quick order, quick and accurate preparation. The order was ready for pick up fast.Very well packaged, everything arrived well. Both subs tasted ok. My wife’s buffalo seemed like it was drenched with buffalo sauce, which made it soggy, very messy. Way too much sauce. We’ve ordered this same sub from other Jersey’s locations, non of them have had this unnecessary amount of sauce. (Maybe is just a personal preference)But other than that, the subs did taste good. My wife didn’t get to eat her whole sub (Just too soggy at the end), but from what she and I tasted, subs were good. Ingredients were fresh. Good seasoning, other than the sauce lol.

My boy who was making the sandwich thought he was at a subway. Genuinely the most trash experience I could ask for a Jersey Mikes. He threw mayo on the sub and didn't spread it. I had a half glob of mayo on one side and nothing on the other.
