Used to be good quality sandwich but they are getting very sloppy and the quality is going way down. The bread on my last couple of sandwiches has been over baked and hard. Too many other options out there now.

No attention to delivery drivers

Scott and Fabian and Forest they are amazing just there customers and service this is my favorite Mike's spot to go for dinner for the family!!!!

It was a long day, I ordered a giant chicken Philly, w/ extra meat, cheese, and mayo, onions, no peppers. I got home to the wrong order. I called and spoke with Jonathon. He told me to come up and he would make it right. He did! No hassle. I brought the other sandwich up that had peppers, which I didn’t want, he told me to keep it. I normally don’t do that but we spent $36 on dinner. Fantastic team and good food. I’m sorry I was that customer today but I appreciate making it right. Thank you, I’ll be back!!!

Horrible customer service. I have allergies so I politely asked for my food to be prepared using clean gloves and a clean knife. There was a big black guy who said yes yes yes good, and started wiping the table without paying attention to me. Then he started looking at his colleague, a Latin guy, and whispering something about me and giggling. I wanted to eat inside, but the attitude made me feel disgusted to stay there. How do you even hire such ill-mannered boorish people? You should train your staff better!

We come here at least twice per week to get food for my kids. Staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty. They are very accommodating to our special requests and they even remember our usual order when we come in. Definitely our favorite location!

Typically when you walk in to a place and they are about to close you are greeted with negativity and looks screaming the words wtf

But when you walk in to Jersey Mike's off El Toro by the 5 Freeway you are pleasantly greeted by Scott and his team!

He stopped what he was working on and greeted me 15 min prior to the store close and made me the best Jersey Mike's Sub I've ever had and I frequent different locations biweekly. Then he proceeded to have a casual honest conversation with me while making the cheesesteak before fishing the transaction and aiding his team in finding their closing responsibilities.
