This location is terrible, 3 times they have forgotten to send part of my order, 2 times they corrected it but the last time the gentleman told me he was too busy and to place a new order. I didn't learn my lesson so I ordered delivery again today, after over an hour the order wasn't processed. I called and the gentleman told me he was too busy and cancelled my order, and I haven't even received the refund. Don't order delivery from here. Terrible service.

Not sure what thie issue is with this place, but they or their delivery partner has an issue finding my place every other time. The thing that bugs me is their is no recourse and the bbb cannot find them. Everyone else finds my place. IRS, pizza, grub hub find my place. What's the problem with this location? Past any apologies this needs to get fixed. All I want now is the full amount back that I paid including the tip. This location will be hearing from the bbb. This location needs to go on record.

They only had one person working the counter, and were out of most breads. The guy behind the counter was doing his best, but their management needs to do a better job with inventory and staff.

Whoever is running the joint should be embarrassed. If you have no intention of delivering the food or have no one to deliver the food maybe dont take delivery orders. Nobody is even answering the phone for me to get a refund for an order that says delivered but im sitting her empty handed. I understand being busy but this seems a bit much.

As far as Jimmy John's go, this one is mid. Seems like it's been here forever, but flew under the radar. Very little traffic here, says something when the parking lot has teenagers seeking privacy. As far as the food goes, it was about what I would expect. Staff was one guy who had to walk all around the counter to get behind it to serve. It really is just sorta ? ?♂️ left no impact on me whatsoever, forgot I even went here til Google reminded me. ALSO they close 3 hours earlier than they say they do.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options but perhaps seek elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: Menu items are labelled with ingredients.
Parking: Lots of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yea it's fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door is not automatic.

This store still continues to be the worst Jimmy Johns in Orange County. They only get your sandwich order correct about 10% of the time. I hadn’t gone to this store in about 6 months, but gave it another chance as my son had a game nearby. Big mistake. Sandwich order was incorrect again.
