They are constantly under staffed and take 30-40 minutes to get an order out. The hours clearly state 11am-9pm every day but they were closed by 6pm today! What a waste of my time and gas driving down here. I absolutely love the food but this quality of service is horrendous!

Ordered a regular Tuna Fish sandwich on French bread, worst sandwich I've ever had, got sick after 2 bites, not sure why I even took a 2nd bite. The most fishiest, saltiest sandwich I've ever eaten, as if the tuna can was opened and the liquids in the can were just mixed together w/some mayonnaise and spread on the bread. At least my better half's Roast Beef sandwich was good as she gave it a thumbs up while laughing at me...

I think the owner should know the crew is closing the shop early, in case the owner is unaware. On Monday, May 19, 2025 we pulled up at 8:15. Intention was to order sandwiches to go. 9:00 is closing time. However, the sign in the window was turned off, door locked, lights out. The worker was inside, going about his business. If the owner already knows about this, fine. I do think the updated hours should be posted, though. I completely understand not wanting to serve customers by allowing them to stay and eat so you have time to clean up. To go would make sense. But not sure why the whole shop is closed before advertised hours. Just fyi in case you didn't know. Btw, it's not the first time we've noticed. Just the first time I'm posting.

BUYER BEWARE! I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this location today. Overall, it took over 30 minutes to get my order of two simple sandwiches to-go and the Manager, Nia, was unprofessional and not helpful, and because they kept getting my order wrong.
Gentleman 1 took my order (#9 - Italian Night Club, not toasted, cut in half, add cucumbers, hot peppers and kickin ranch, $6.99 Reward Toasted Ultimate Italian, add cucumbers, hot peppers and kickin ranch). However, while I was ordering, Nia interrupted and tried to correct gentleman 1 with regards to the $6.99 reward toast sandwich, which gentleman 1 and I were fully aware which sandwiches to choose from the reward deal because it says specifically on the detail. Then, I noticed my order was taking 30 mins long and three other customers behind me had their orders already. I asked if my order was missed and Nia interjected while holding out a long salami and said we still have to cut more salami. So I waited again and saw my name on the sandwich and I asked gentleman 2 if that was mine and if I can check inside as I ordered at this store before and got my order wrong. Gentleman 2 said yes and I noticed there were alot of ingredients missing. Nia then interrupted and said that's not my sandwich and gentleman 2 said it's hers. Gentleman 2 said he'll remake it. Not feeling totally confident at this point, I had to repeat my order to them over again and again while making the sandwiches. Additionally, they didn't cut one of my sandwiches as asked when ordering. No apologies and any compensation offered for messing up my order and waiting for a long time.
DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK! I recommend going to the Irvine (Irvine Center Dr) and Costa Mesa (Marguerite Pkwy) locations. They're efficient!!!

Probably won’t be coming back. The food has gotten so expensive and they’ve cut back on the protein. I paid about $16 for an unwhich that literally has 1 slice of turkey… I had the same experience on my previous visit, but thought it was a fluke… you can’t raise your prices and then also remove the amount of meat. Pick one or the other. But for sure won’t be back.

This location is terrible, 3 times they have forgotten to send part of my order, 2 times they corrected it but the last time the gentleman told me he was too busy and to place a new order. I didn't learn my lesson so I ordered delivery again today, after over an hour the order wasn't processed. I called and the gentleman told me he was too busy and cancelled my order, and I haven't even received the refund. Don't order delivery from here. Terrible service.

Not sure what thie issue is with this place, but they or their delivery partner has an issue finding my place every other time. The thing that bugs me is their is no recourse and the bbb cannot find them. Everyone else finds my place. IRS, pizza, grub hub find my place. What's the problem with this location? Past any apologies this needs to get fixed. All I want now is the full amount back that I paid including the tip. This location will be hearing from the bbb. This location needs to go on record.

Whoever is running the joint should be embarrassed. If you have no intention of delivering the food or have no one to deliver the food maybe dont take delivery orders. Nobody is even answering the phone for me to get a refund for an order that says delivered but im sitting her empty handed. I understand being busy but this seems a bit much.

As far as Jimmy John's go, this one is mid. Seems like it's been here forever, but flew under the radar. Very little traffic here, says something when the parking lot has teenagers seeking privacy. As far as the food goes, it was about what I would expect. Staff was one guy who had to walk all around the counter to get behind it to serve. It really is just sorta ? ?♂️ left no impact on me whatsoever, forgot I even went here til Google reminded me. ALSO they close 3 hours earlier than they say they do.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options but perhaps seek elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: Menu items are labelled with ingredients.
Parking: Lots of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yea it's fine.
