As a last minute order from a delivery service, my order was super watery and was already separating rather than blended. It was also missing the granola I ordered but tasted okay; however for the overall price, I doubt if I’ll ever order this through a delivery service again.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! I try to squeeze in an order between appointments and no one ever answers the phone. When I show up there is only ever 1 person waiting for a drink and 2 people working. The 2 girls usually working aren't friendly and don't smile

Great spot to pick up a healthy smoothie. Many premade styles, as well as custom choices to get your functional smoothie fix. Choices of vegan or whey protein was nice, too. Prices are on par with other smoothie/juice stores. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and nice.

We discovered this place while walking around today Sunday around 5 pm here at the corner of El Toro Rd and Trabuco Rd.Place looks clean, but does not feel very welcoming. The staff is not very friendly and kind of just ignores you as you walk in and stand in front of the register.I understand that they are busy, but I little “Hi, be right with you” could go a long way.We had to ask if they could take our order. They staff was not rude, just not very welcoming and attentive.Once we order, we got our drinks fairly fast. Drinks were really good, very refreshing!

So good! Prices continue to go up, so $9.50 for a large is rough, but great menu and selection. Always fresh and quick!

My daughter loves smoothies, and both she and I have been frequent, long-term customers of the Juice It Up on the corner of Trabuco and El Toro in Lake Forest. My daughter bought a smoothie at this establishment after work this past Wednesday, February 22, so that she could have it to drink before work the following morning. As she was sipping it Thursday morning, she noticed something hard and sharp in her mouth. At first she thought it was a piece of ice, but it turned out to beca small piece of broken glass. She was a little surprised but continued sipping it. Then she discovered another piece of broken glass. You can see the pieces of glass in the photo of the half-gone smoothie. Needless to say, at that point she stopped drinking it. My daughter returned the smoothie along with the pieces of glass to Juice It Up before work today, Friday, February 24. She explained the situation to the girl who was working there and asked for a replacement smoothie. Instead of being apologetic about the incident, the girl's response was, "I don't think so," in a nasty tone of voice. Then, "Why didn't you return it sooner?" What???? If my daughter had accidentally swallowed the glass, she could be in the hospital right now, and all this girl can do is be nasty and say, "I don't think so? Why didn't you return it sooner?" This employee should definitely be fired for her attitude, and this business should instruct its employees in quality control and safety.

I swing by and grab smoothies here often. They always taste good and have solid specials, it's a chain but I have enjoyed myself here every time.California Cooler is the one my wife gets every time, and I would say that's a great recommendation to almost anyone.Only issue is the hours can suck, with them closing at 6 on sunday, a late night run to the supermarket means I can't swing by. But overall that's not really a major complaint.
