I look placed a mobile order through the KFC app and arrived to pick it up about 10 minutes later. The staff told me they couldn’t find my order and asked me to wait. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes and still received nothing. No updates, no explanation, no urgency to resolve it. Very disappointing experience. If mobile orders can’t be fulfilled properly, don’t offer the service. I left with no food and wasted my time. Not coming back to this location.

I have visited this KFC location on several occasions in the past and have generally had positive experiences. However, on this occasion, I placed an order through the KFC mobile application for a chicken sandwich. After picking up my order and returning home, I began eating the sandwich. Upon taking the first bite, I noticed the texture of the chicken seemed unusually rubbery, though I did not immediately suspect it was undercooked. After taking a second bite, I realized that the chicken was raw. Upon observing this, I became extremely alarmed and subsequently vomited.
This incident represents a serious breach of food safety standards. Serving undercooked chicken exposes customers to significant health risks, and the experience has caused me great distress, disgust, and concern. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control demonstrated in this instance.
Given the severity of this issue, I am formally requesting a full refund for my purchase. Additionally, I urge KFC to address this matter promptly to ensure such a lapse does not occur again.

Worth noting... building may be due for a full repipe... as a result the women's restroom is pretty heavily rusted.
Sitting on the toilet (admittedly as a broader broad) feels like you're waiting for suntea in granny's rocker on the porch. Needs a new flange and to be remounted at the minimum.
So as to avoid having to do it again sooner, rather than later, consider the repiping.
Of note the manager seemed like this is one of his biggest stressers... trying to get his bosses to agree to the job, while trying to still assuage customers who go through the experience.
For kfc it is clean, quick and good is hot. Good hear every few months. Never had any issues.

The only thing I ever get is the chicken breasts. They're always juicy and fresh. Chicken tenders are never as juicy or hot for that matter. Guess they're not popular or something because they're warm at best, clearly having been out for awhile. The ice wasn't working, though. But they did have a bucket of half melted ice on the counter. A for effort.

I'm not a big KFC fan. I honestly never really go to KFC at home but while I'm in Irvine I sometimes go here for lunch and the staff is always super friendly and fast. The food is always hot and fresh... love this location
