So as to avoid having to do it again sooner, rather than later, consider the repiping.
Of note the manager seemed like this is one of his biggest stressers... trying to get his bosses to agree to the job, while trying to still assuage customers who go through the experience.

The only thing I ever get is the chicken breasts. They're always juicy and fresh. Chicken tenders are never as juicy or hot for that matter. Guess they're not popular or something because they're warm at best, clearly having been out for awhile. The ice wasn't working, though. But they did have a bucket of half melted ice on the counter. A for effort.

I'm not a big KFC fan. I honestly never really go to KFC at home but while I'm in Irvine I sometimes go here for lunch and the staff is always super friendly and fast. The food is always hot and fresh... love this location

I’ve had chicken sandwiches, chicken in buckets, ordered chicken meals (best deal), for over 30 years that I’ve lived here. Every time, the food is excellent. The quality of chicken that you get is unmatched by canes, chick fil a, or popeyes, IMO. I guarantee you’ll have an excellent meal.
First, the worker dropped a few pieces of food on the FLOOR and then picked up to place in the warmer (it was away from view) but didn't know there's a reflective surface where I can see it.
They lost my order that was place an hour ago and insisted someone else had pick up the order with the same order number, same name, and EXACTLY 1 MINUTE after the order was placed.
I said forget it. Don't want to get sick. I'll be call the local health authority to make sure this place is not making customers sick.
