Very good Kona coffee and and good source for authentic non-blended estate beans.

First of all, the menu is impossible to find. It's double sided with as many things as you'd find at a sit down restaurant, but it's not posted anywhere, and there's one little holder near the register. In order to get the menu you have to cut the line and then go find it. It's also not available on their website. The only way to figure out what to order on their site is to pretend like you're making a door dash order to see what they have.
I ordered a cold brew drink and it was so sour and bitter I was unable to drink it. I visit a lot of small coffee shops because I like a good coffee, and this is the first time i've sent something back. I could not gag it down. I actually didn't want to deal with complaining so I just asked for some milk because there is no milk anywhere for the customers. The girl was nice enough to offer me something else so I ordered a latte, and it was bitter and burned. I drank a little bit and I threw it out because it was just awful.
The first girl that helped me was nice. But the one that remade my drink made it very clear that she was irritated and mad. She gave me dirty looks, and when I said thank you with a big smile, she rolled her eyes and walked away.
I'm such a huge supporter of mom and pop coffee places. I love a good strong coffee and i'm not even that picky, because I don't send things back. This coffee was absolutely not drinkable and having the menu be a wild goose chase was ridiculous.
It's not hip, cool or aesthetic to make your menu that hard to find, especially when it's printed on almost black, with tiny white font, and you can't even see it on the counter.Unless you're standing right there.
I hesitated to put a bad review but I wasted my money because it has good reviews. But it doesn't have that many reviews, and people don't want to waste their time and money.

Good coffee. Very busy. Outside seating wasn’t very good. Dirty and unmaintained.
Staff a bit slow and confused. Over all coffee was good.

Baristas where super friendly, cafe is very clean. They have AMAZING food options for breakfast and bakery. Free WiFi! Great remote working spot if you’re into that. I highly recommend the Hawaiian breakfast with sausage 🤭

No WiFi and T-Mobile hot spot wifi doesn’t work in this area. But good blended coffee drinks.

I regularly visit all Kona Coffee locations and go others at least once a week. This time, I ordered an easy ice latte at this branch. Without any warning, I noticed that $0.25 had been added to the regular price. When I asked why, they said it was because I asked for easy ice, and therefore they added more milk and coffee.
This doesn’t make sense to me. I never asked them to add extra milk or coffee. If there’s a charge for easy ice, customers should be informed beforehand. If the point was to just put less ice, they could’ve simply done that and kept the usual amount of milk and coffee. This is a ridiculous policy and an illogical justification.

Absolutely excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I just wish they answered their phone and took phone orders. When you dial the number on Google, it seems to go nowhere.

Not sure if the guy at the cash register was racist or just the worst customer service in history. The guy was extremely rude and for some one who is in town visiting and does own businesses I hate to leave this kind of review but being rude and nasty to customers for no reason is never okay. So I took my money else where.
My husband and I love this place. It’s in walking distance to our house. The atmosphere and all the employees are very nice. The island latte is amazing
I've found a new favorite coffee spot in Lake Forest! Kona Coffee District exceeded all expectations with their exceptional offerings and atmosphere. Their mocha frappe is absolutely divine - rich, perfectly balanced, and admittedly decadent enough to qualify as a breakfast dessert (but who's complaining?). Worth every calorie and perfect for treating yourself.
The interior is gorgeously designed with warm wood tones, comfortable seating, and tasteful Hawaiian-inspired decor that creates a relaxing atmosphere you'll want to linger in. The ambiance is miles above your typical Starbucks - quieter, more sophisticated, and with actual character rather than corporate uniformity.
Special shout-out to Tristan who provided exceptional service. His kindness and attentiveness made the experience even better. He took time to explain their specialty drinks and even recommended the perfect pastry pairing.
If you're tired of the same old chain coffee experience, do yourself a favor and visit Kona Coffee District. It's refreshing to find a local spot that excels in both product quality and customer service!
