This is gem quickly has become my ‘Go To’ spot for margaritas and sports viewing. The drinks are fantastic and the service is exceptional! You can not beat the weekend buffet and made to order food items. They have a great happy hour and an amazing taco Tuesday! Please see for yourself! The Sunday Brunch is very delicious! Made to order Omelets and Quesadillas, as well as pancakes Enchiladas and Beans and Rice. Plus $8 Bottomless Mimosas. The only reason for the 3 stars you may ask? $5 bottomless sodas, come on La Casita Olvera, do better!

Sunday brunch is a fiesta! They go all out on food and entertainment! You really feel like you’re in Mexico! Bottomless mimosas!Salsa has a little kick to it. Mimosas are good! Guacamole is not bad either. Chips are neutral. I like the music they play, and there is a small bar area with 3 TVs that play sports. Service is super friendly.

1/20/2024A wonderful evening at LA Casita Olvera. We felt like Mexican food and this spot is cozy, quaint and delicious. Danielle was our server as well as an excellent bartender. We started with Margaritas and guacamole with chips. Then Danielle took our entree order. My wife had the chicken enchiladas plate and I had their Fajitas Combo. Both meals were served hot and tasty. We truly enjoyed the meal and warm conversation. After our dinners Danielle brought us some flan and a terrific Mexican coffee drink. What a great lil place. My wife wanted to have lunch on New Years Day, so we headed to Las Casita Olvera in Foothill Ranch, and it was fantastic. Hadyn, our server was kind, professional, and efficient.The ambiance was positive and peaceful. We started with margaritas, and they made good drinks. The chips and salsa are fresh as well. I ordered the Olivera Fajita Combo, which was excellent, and my wife had the Enchiladas Tia Trinidad, which she truly enjoyed. The food preparation and presentation were excellent, and the drinks were fantastic. Hadyn was the perfect service and was quite attentive. Highly recommended as we will be back.Thank you.

It was a rainy day and we pick this place becouse I wanted to have pozole soup. My husband and my daughter asked for an enchilada plate. The pozole was cold, and the chicken even coolder. What an embarrassment! Totally unacceptable. I returned my plate to the server and she brought it back boiling. Impossible to eat it. It was too hot. We will never go back again. They need some cuality control training. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CASITA OLVERA IN LAKE FOREST. GO TO A BETTER PLACE.

Service was good. The food has gone downhill recently and the tables , floor and windows appeared dirty . We used to enjoy it, however, we will not be going there again.
