La Michoacana Premium

I can't too much ice cream but I like to have three flavor on my small ice cream, why can't I get 1 scoop of one flavor and half of other two flavors since the small is for 2 flavors only? Doesn't make any sense, also there only one size for fruit! I m a business operator and consultant, you would have so much more business (volume) $$$ and satisfied repeating customers. Other than service and attitude I love the icecream and ambiance, you could even have a couch and coffee table to relax and eat ice cream, just like a lounge are, since you have plenty of space.

$4.99 per popsicle is more than ridiculous since the tamarind ones I bought are almost pure water with sugar and very little pulp. Definitely not premium.

The icecream is good, I don’t mind the price but the service and atmosphere is the worst. Loud music full of disgusting profanities. It’s hard to get someone to get out to help clients from the back seems like there is a bunch of employees in the back and you can hear them loudly talking and laughing also the floors are gross.

I ordered a tostilocos and the lemon juice was a really bad taste it make everything taste really bad, I just call to make sure don't happen to someone else I ask for the manager and some girl responds and when I'm finished telling her what happened she responded well I'm not the manager she will be here tomorrow ,I'm like ok . What a bad experience and to expensive almost 50 dollars for not good quality of tostilocos.

I visited the Michoacana in Lake Forest and had an excellent experience. The place was very clean, played great music, and the attention to detail was impressive. The girls who assisted me were extremely kind. I highly recommend this place, rating it 20 out of 10.

The place was very dirty. Was 3 employees. lady's but only 2 was talking so dad about of the costumers in Spanish. She don't speak like mexican .was different. To dad for the owner!!!!

Not very cozy. It's missing some outside seating.There are a lot of popsicle flavors, but none of them have the name of the flavor, you need to ask the attendant what flavor is each one of them.

This Tuesday we went to eat an ice cream Michoacan wing from Rockfield and the bull in Lake Forest. The place is very dirty, the tables, the floor, the trash can gives off a very unpleasant smell. Months ago, there were some people serving that Michoacana wing and at that time that place His name was very clear; those people are Daniela and Edgar.Very friendly, the atmosphere was very pleasant, they made the customers feel very special. I wish those people would return to that store.

Usually they speak Spanish and very little English. A small cup of ice cream with 2 large scoops is $8. The ice cream is the best ice cream ever. Don't know if it's worth $8.
