Not good place is crazy expensive and the lady who serve me was with this face like is she hate to be there or something
Hendels is better icecream and cheaper

I asked for a milkshake with a fresh banana in it. First, they tried to serve my a lukewarm glass of sweet tasting milkish liquid without ANY ICE CREAM WHATSOEVER IN IT. When I complained, they responded with a vanilla shake with no fresh banana, only - heavy shot of sickeningly sweet banana syrup in it.
This is NOT a place for ice cream treats. I paid $12 for a phony pretend milkshake that was completely undrinkable and lousy-tasting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Skip this pl. it won’t be in business very long given the rotten quality of their products.

AVOID THIS PLACE! The cashier Evelin, was extremely rude. I asked for a mangoñada with flavored ice cream and she only gave me the ice cream scoops. I kindly asked her if it was what I ordered and she said I only requested ice cream (not true). She proceeds to completely ignore me and doesn't make the mangoñada. Evelin still expected me to pay and I refused. I also ordered Cheetos with cheese and the cheese was cold. It was 8:25pm and they close at 9pm. Don't waste your time nor money.

Okay. l've been to plenty of Michoacanas before, but this one disappointed me. It was not welcoming at all; if you know me, customer service is the second thing | judge. I walked in and said hello. There were two girls behind the counter. No one acknowledged my hello. They both just looked up at me, gave me a look, and continued talking with themselves.
Another thing that I didn't like was that you are going in there basically blind. No ice cream labeled.
There wasn't a menu. The TVs were turned off. I had to look at a menu someone posted on Yelp five years ago. I didn't like that at all. I felt pressured, and the lady looked at me with annoyance. I finally decided to order the fresas con crema. It was so good. It was a great dessert. That was the only good thing about my whole experience.

I ordered a strawberries con crema and a chocolate banana. As I am waiting to be rung up at the register a man put his arm over me to pay at the register.. mind you I was waiting to be rung up and the ladies didn’t even tell me anything to move over as I assumed I was being run up for my order. The items I ordered were delicious but the customer service not great at all!!!

Service was 5 stars the girls were very nice and helpful. My dislike is there are absolutely no stickers proving information on what is the Icecream flavors available, we had to scan a code and see the available flavors on our phone, by then we lost our turn and other customers pass us because we had no idea what is what, we go on the website to see the flavors are only written and no photos are provided to see what is what so we have to proceeded to ask the nice girls what flavor is this, and this one, and this one 🙄 this systems seams very annoying. Again service was great.

I wish this place actually had a phone number that works. I tried to DoorDash from here but I’m allergic to an ingredient and I can’t remove it on the app. Last time my dasher had to tell them cause I was unable to contact them. Based on reading reviews staffing seems to be a problem..

This place was a great place to get some firm ice cream So delicious 😋 large selection.

Never have what's on the menu and always a new excuse very disappointing

Always lacking materials to make you want or the offer on the menu. always an excuse for not having the item's.

I can't too much ice cream but I like to have three flavor on my small ice cream, why can't I get 1 scoop of one flavor and half of other two flavors since the small is for 2 flavors only? Doesn't make any sense, also there only one size for fruit! I m a business operator and consultant, you would have so much more business (volume) $$$ and satisfied repeating customers. Other than service and attitude I love the icecream and ambiance, you could even have a couch and coffee table to relax and eat ice cream, just like a lounge are, since you have plenty of space.

$4.99 per popsicle is more than ridiculous since the tamarind ones I bought are almost pure water with sugar and very little pulp. Definitely not premium.

The icecream is good, I don’t mind the price but the service and atmosphere is the worst. Loud music full of disgusting profanities. It’s hard to get someone to get out to help clients from the back seems like there is a bunch of employees in the back and you can hear them loudly talking and laughing also the floors are gross.

I ordered a tostilocos and the lemon juice was a really bad taste it make everything taste really bad, I just call to make sure don't happen to someone else I ask for the manager and some girl responds and when I'm finished telling her what happened she responded well I'm not the manager she will be here tomorrow ,I'm like ok . What a bad experience and to expensive almost 50 dollars for not good quality of tostilocos.
