Even though our team had placed an order the day before, Long's Noodles was unable to fulfill the request. In this day & age especially in California we are filled with high performing teams within the food & beverage arena. Long's Noodles has failed this simple task and is ineligible for high capacity services. A severe disappointment.

The food is tasty and the portion size is very generous. We ordered the pot stickers (delicious) chicken fried noodles (generous with the noodles but skimpy on the chicken), beef noodle soup (noodles were delicious and the meat was tender) and fried rice (tasty and very generous portion size). You can scan the QR code on the table and place your order. Do not go there expecting attentive service...once they delivered our food, they never came to check on us and we had to go to the counter to ask for the check and take out boxes. I enjoyed the food so we will be back but will adjust our expectations on the type of service we will get.

We had such a good experience. The environment was clean and there was little to no wait for a seat. The food is made to order, so we were happy to wait. We got three different dumplings the sumai, the xiao long bao, and the pork fried dumplings. Each were juicy and delicious. They were huge, filling, moist dumplings. Our family also got the beef noodle soup which was warming on this cold winter night. Such a great experience, such good service. Highly recommend!

I have been to Long's before and I loved it. This visit was kind of a bummer. The "service" was minimal and neglectful. You can order by scanning the QR code in the table, then someone brings share plates and water. The food is dropped off as it's ready, like at a tapas restaurant, but they never check on you. The food is good, I especially enjoyed the spicy shrimp wontons and the beef roll. When we finished I pre-bussed my own table, stacked my plates etc. The odd part was knowing how much to tip. In the past they provided full service, checked on you and picked up dirty plates. Now, it's a fast casual place and they never check on you. I might just do carry out next time. I would still recommend this place solely based on the food. Just know that the service won't be great.

10/10 This is my favorite lunch spot which I can usually call my order in and pick up within 10-15 min. The food is delicious and our go-to is the beef noodle soup, spicy dumplings, sesame balls, and occasionally the beef pancakes. This feels like someone's grandmother cooked for her favorite grandson and his friends, very warm comfort food IMO.

We come here at least once a month! The food is delicious and very flavorful! Service is always good. We're always happy when we leave. Our favorites are the spicy shrimp wontons, the beef roll, the pan fried buns with the shrimp and pork, the rice cakes, and the spicy pork xiao long baos. The spicy shrimp wontons have lots of shrimp filling in them and the chili oil they're tossed in is really yummy! The beef roll is light and crispy on the outside and slightly sweet and salty on the inside. The pan fried buns are really juicy inside and crisp on the bottom. The rice cakes are chewy and drizzled with a delicious sauce. And the xiao long baos are filled with a spicy broth that's just a burst of flavor in your mouth.
Food is so good, and service is great too! Best pan-fried pork bun I ever had! Pork xiao long bao is really good too.

The food is very good & fresh here, and the restaurant is very clean. The service is great as well. Our waiter always makes recommendations and introduces us to even more delicious dishes. This is a great place.

I have never had a bad experience from this place. I have honestly tried all of the noodle soups and they are phenomenal. The siu mai and dumplings are also delicious. Give this place a try, they are fast, friendly and efficient.
