Delicious, they just changed their veggie, no longer over cooked and stodgy. Now roasted and fresh! Oooo, they updated the biscuits!!! Much better!!

Lucille’s has lost some of its luster. Meals feel thrown together in seconds and just don’t compete with the local, one off BBQ scene. Atmosphere is nice, great for families and groups. Alcohol selection needs much improvement.

I’ve been to the one in Tustin many times and ordered the same items. Somehow, the meat was dry and tasteless here. The service and ambiance were great though. Not sure why the meat was so bad. The non-meat items were great.

Good all around bbq ribs chain. This location is on Toro road, and I had no wait for lunch seating. Service was a little slow but helpful. Food is solid bbq fare.

I usually have a great time and eat the great food they have at Lucille's. I got the Salmon this last time and was really disappointed. I'll just stick to the BBQ next time I visit.

The biscuits are so good! And they serve honey with them! It was extremely busy on a Saturday night after Christmas when we were there. We were a large party, with separate checks, gift cards and two kids. Our waitress was juggling quite a bit, and yet our service was excellent. She explained at the beginning that they were unfortunately short staffed. I'm a vegetarian so I ordered fried pickles and ate my weight in biscuits (and of course, honey!). Our waitress kept us well stocked in biscuits, which was a job by itself!Vegetarian options: I got an appetizer. The biscuits are to die for!Kid-friendliness: There are kid menus, crayons, etc.

Mixed reviews within our group of 6. Pulled pork sandwich and fries were good. Brisket sandwich - eh. Brisket was tough and dry - fries were good. The other 4 dinners included brisket - 2 with the baby back ribs. The ribs were good. One brisket dinner was great - moist and tender! The other 3 had tough dry meat. We mentioned it to our server. She took it to the kitchen and bought out two plates of brisket. It was ok - not as good as the serving in the one dinner. She did her best! The atmosphere was warm and country- cute!

Personally, I have eaten at this place for many years, it was my favorite place, but two days ago I bought dinner for my family and surprise, the food was terrible, the baby rib was very dry and fighting with the meat seemed like I was eating a dry stick to I don't know the idea of the change in food quality, I suggest you look for another place

The food was a little disappointing, especially the baby back ribs, which were tough and chewy. Brisket was pretty good, and chicken wasn't too bad, though a little dry. The coleslaw was too sweet for my taste, but it might be desirable to others.Service was adequate, a little too quick to want to clear the table when it was evident we were still eating, but nothing horrible happened. Waitstaff overall were pleasant and competent. As for the atmosphere, there isn't any kind of ambiance, more like a "diner" than anything else.I wouldn't warn anyone off the place, but I wouldn't recommend it either.

Everything is usually very decent, nothing really spectacularly great. Whiskey Wednesday is a great deal for an Old Fashioned!
