In 2020 we were going to use Jimmy for our wedding. COVID came along and we had to change plans. Jimmy worked with us without a deposit and when we had to cancel was very compassionate. We remembered this and were finally able to pay him back when we hired him to catered our daughters first birthday party. Jimmy and his staff did an excellent job and we received great reviews from our guests.

I have severe GI issues and have to follow a physician prescribed diet ("Low FODMAP" diet).I called Jimmy to express my concerns that I wasn't receiving foods that are OK for my diet. Not only did he personally spend time with me on the phone to go over precisely what I could and couldn't eat, but he also expressed empathy for my condition and just seems like a great individual overall. His customer service is the best I've seen from a food allergen standpoint, he is extremely patient and understanding and I highly recommend his business especially if you need to follow specific dietary guidelines. I imagine if you have other special requests like specific ingredients etc he is more than capable of giving you exactly what you need.

We wanted to do something special for the engagement party for our son and his fiancé. So thankful for the creativity, presentation and all around quality of Jimmy Birmingham. Rave reviews for the crispy skin salmon and the beat salad was more than amazing. He and his team arrived right on time and got moving. There was little for us to do and dishes were done when he left. Highly recommend him and we are now planning our next event!

WOW! That was some amazing BBQ! Jimmy catered our high school graduation. The chicken skewers were so tender, juicy and delicious. The ribs were to die for. The tri-tip was amazing! The portions were huge, and we had a lot of teenage boys with big appetites at the party, and we still had some leftovers...lucky me!!! Definitely would recommend them to everyone!

He goes above and beyond and on point with everything he makes. The whole ljcatering staff is so sweet and helpful. So grateful and thankful to them! He catered our teachers appreciation luncheon. We are a small homeschool group with only 10 teachers and they had different dietary needs like gluten free, vegetarian, keto, etc. Jimmy was up for the challenge and blew it out of the park! I will use Ljcatering again :) Everything was labeled and organized and his delivery driver even set everything out! Thank you so much to the whole team!

Jim is great! Asked him for Cajun food for our Mardi Gras party and he delivered a great spread of jambalaya, red beans and rice and king cake. All delicious and very reasonably priced. Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Would use him again and again!!

The meat + sides were all exceptionally delicious, the team was very friendly, and the event ran incredibly smooth. We are preparing to use him again for a large baby shower and I can't wait to get his food on my table again.
