I will not be returning to this location under any circumstances. The experience I had today was completely unacceptable. I purchased three Grinch meals along with additional items, and upon arriving home, I discovered the socks were missing. When I returned to have the mistake corrected, I was met with outright disrespect. Instead of simply acknowledging the oversight, I was accused of lying — an accusation that is not only baseless, but insulting.
There is absolutely no justification for a customer to be spoken to in that manner. I paid for the items, and I expected to receive them. The behavior displayed — specifically by Rosie! — was shockingly unprofessional and entirely inappropriate.
This was not a simple error; it was a complete failure in customer service, and I refuse to support a business that allows its employees to treat customers with such disregard.

I stopped here on a whim to use to the restroom and got two items. The store associate was so kind, and even offered to put my food under the warmer while I went to the restroom. The store was also clean and peaceful. The associate made the experience unexpectedly nice!

first off I would like to say that I choose this location to go to McDonalds, as I believe its the best tasting quality one.
out of all the locations within a close enough proximity to me. so might say a bit far but for me if I am paying for something I want to make sure I am getting what I pay for. especially in this inflationary environment we live in.
I went in on the 31st and got 6 large drink cups. as I wanted the monopoly game pieces. which is the size drink that qualifies to get them.
Non of the cups or large fries had them one the packaging. which I was shocked.
while I did go in and the employees working at the time did make it right, the owner has a lot of explaining to do.
this location is owned by the McNib Corporation and the president , Bob Nibeel doesn't seem to care. as I have called there corporate many times to report issues at another location there own 27331 La Paz Rd. in Laguna Niguel which is actually closer to my house but, that explains why I don't go to my local one.
