Been going for years …the best …and I live in Newport Beach where they supposedly have these fancy , schmatnzy places . They don’t hold a candle to Minato. James the owner , Roberto , Angie , Judy, Barbara have been working here for years …super high quality and beyond reasonably priced . Salmon and yellowtail are like butter…so fresh🍣 . Killer no rice rolls like sashimi roll with soy paper and lake forest roll wrapped in cucumber.
