Chinese/Vietnamese inspired dishes. We ordered and paid at the counter. We got the shaking soy beef lunch special which was on the limited lunch menu that came with rice and a drink for $13.50. The soy beef is supposed resemble shaking beef but the sauce was fish sauce and vinegar over a bed of salad. It was dry and lacked sauce. I had to ask for extra side of sauce to drench it.Also got tofu eggplant clay pot ($13.50) and soy fish clay pot ($13.50). Both clay pot had distinct flavors that you’re able to tell apart. The tofu in each were spongy and chewy. The egg plant dish was stingy with egg plant pieces and they were tiny, almost like baby eggplant. But the soy fish had tons of slices. The sauce was flavorful and peppery with seaweed wrapping that mimics the fish scales.Overall, the food was average but affordable. Each rice bowl cost $2. We did not get served water and they forgot our drink. I had ordered Thai tea with the lunch special. Ended up taking it on the road.

I love this restaurant when I am craving vegan food. I always order the Kung Pao Chicken. The food is very fresh and flavorful. I decided to try the soy chicken and vegetables and found it was almost the same as a Kung Pao Chicken, but I did not mind because it tastes so good! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a vegan restaurant.

We love this place and visit every time we’re in town. The vegetarian pho and fresh salad rolls are delicious! Their lunch special is also a great deal and has a large variety. Our kids really enjoyed the food as well and couldn’t believe the vegetarian ‘meats’ weren’t real.Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegan.Parking: Lots of spots out front.Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly.
Their wonton soup is bomb and then they have the special wonton soup that I replace the noodles for the rice noodles and it was triple BOMB! It's a big soup that you can share or if you are very hungry!

The food here is consistently delicious. I live in NorCal and I want to cry every time I come here because it is so well made. You SoCal peeps are lucky you have such deliciousness nearby. Def would recommend the garlic noodles. Honestly have enjoyed everything on the menu, though.
I absolutely love Mitasie in Lake forest and their sister location in Huntington Beach! They definitely took their time to make sure that all of their menu items were very well-made and deliciously vegan. If you plan on checking them out, I'd really recommend the pho noodle soup or Kung pao soy chicken, they are phenomenal! The price was good for the quality and amount you get and the servers were friendly. 10/10. Highly recommend!

The food here is amazing and portions are very large-you definitely get alot of food for the affordable price you pay. I definitely recommend the Pad Thai! Also the vegan dessert options are amazing, I always come for the cheesecake since good vegan cheesecake is so hard to come by. Found my go-to vegan spot when in Laguna. The staff is very nice and this time place has a very chill environment.

This was my second time here. Today I got the veggie spring rolls and the garlic noodles. Both were excellent! The veggie spring rolls were very large, and I've included a photo (looks a little funny cause the Saran Wrap is still on them). So much flavor in both dishes. I'm looking forward to trying basically everything on the menu!
