Mountain Mike's Pizza

I have yet to receive a refund on a refund the manager and I agreed upon. I paid for a pick up order in store that my friend had already paid for online. I was supposed to receive a refund that same week, and it’s been almost *3 weeks*.

Last night we ordered a pizza and an order of 12 wings in the 2nd qtr of the football game from the bar. Knowing we would pick up on the way home at halftime.
We got to MTN Mike's 20 minutes later and the lady tells us that the order didn't start! She remembers taking order on phone and even had the order on her screen. We decided to wait for the food since we were already there. The total came to $62 dollars!!! What??!!! I asked since you messed up our other can you throw in the wings? She looked at me like I was crazy.
We waited for 40 minutes for our food. At one point I said out loud, that they could at least offer a drink while we wait. She came over and gave 2 free lunch buffets. At least that was better than nothing. We finally got out food and headed home. We opened the pizza and the sausage was burnt and rock hard! Then I opened the wing box and there was only 6 not the 12 that we paid for! We immediately called her and told her and she said she would call the owner and have him call us. Not we will send over another order , just that the owner would call us back. He never did!!
Will never give another dime to this location!!

Tried out the all you can eat pizza salad bar and it was very good! Prices reasonable. Pizza was excellent. The salad bar could have possibly a different additional type of lettuce but overall very good. They were continuously refilling the pizza.

They forgot the green onions for the 2nd time. Otherwise great pizza!

Ordered online and even made me pay! Looks like the lazy employees decided to go home early. Horrible operation

I do order takeout from this location occasionally. Never get friendly vibes from the lady at the counter and the pizza seemed to be made ahead of time and a bit cold (maybe not stored warm?)

I decided to show up a little early on my recent order hoping to pick it up while still hot and this time it was the guy who was preparing it who seemed annoyed and complained he hadn't even put it in.

Fair enough, I waited for it only to get home and find out it was made wrong..asked for a veggie Himalayan and got the one with chicken on it.

Didn't bother calling back and trying to fix it with the 'friendly' staff. Hope you guys are able to improve and turn things around. Good luck.

Mountain Mikes delivered our pizza so fast and the Pineapple Chicken Luau Pizza is so delicious!!! Seriously it’s so good!

Pizza is absolute garbage. I can't believe they can charge the prices they do for what tastes like Pizza Hut pizza. At least the margarita pizza. It was dry as hell. My wife's gluten free pizza was also burnt on 1/4 of the crust. Also, the size of their wings was laughable, like, they must have come from a chick rather than a chicken. We all had bathroom troubles the day after. Maybe we just ordered on a bad night but we are definitely giving Mountain Mike's a hard pass in the future.

Love the chicken BBQ at the ranch pizza. Loaded with great toppings and ranch drizzled on the top its one of the best pizzas I've ever had

Terrible experience!!! I ordered at 5 pm and the website said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I was at the store after 30 minutes for pickup and waited another 50 minutes before they gave me the cold pizzas. I asked them multiple times if they were ready and they said they weren't. The entire restaurant was filled with people waiting for their online orders. I suspect mine was ready but they didn't give it to me. They handed out orders out of order and mine was not hot out of the oven. Very disappointed! Sorry Mountain Mike, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Don't send everyone a text message offering discounts if you don't have enough workers to fulfill the orders. The online order system should be honest about how long it will take to prepare so I can plan accordingly.
