One of the best chili burgers in the world I've been going here since I was 16 and I'm now 65 love the chili fries with onions. It is just a fantastic place.

We went through the drive thru this afternoon, Saturday. Young man holding it down in drive thru, inside customers AND cooking. Took an extra minute or two but he was so nice and not stressed. Food was great! Wish I got his name but he was excellent!

I've been to several tommys in my lifetime. But this was the best Tommy's I've ever visit it period!!!! The chili was amazing. I will definitely travel 1 hour to come back here. My favorite spot ever.

I've never been to this Tommy's before; staff were helpful and polite, and they got my order completed correctly and quickly.Was late at night so place was quiet, and the tables were nice and clean. A couple or people having a late dinner; was so wonderfully quiet.

Everything was great! Stopped by on a whim for burgers and fries. The order was accurate and hot, the staff was friendly. They even brought the food out to us.Parking: Nearby parking lot with plenty of spaces and overhead lights.

You still have to look for those big restaurants to eat, such as in-out. I don’t know if this restaurant is in a remote location, but there are very few customers, but the most important thing is that the employees in this restaurant seem to be completely untrained... they look very unskilled, and their hygiene is worrying. And when I ordered the burger, I asked for it without onions, and it turned out there were onions in it. It is conceivable that if this store continues to operate under its current conditions, it will inevitably close down.

I felt bad for the two employee’s working on a Saturday evening at about 8 pm, they we very busy, but the service and food was great. Want to recognize the 2 employees Gloria a Lava for a job well done. Don’t know if management reads the reviews, but they should give them both a Bonus for a job well done!

Ordered 10/30/2023 at 5:18PM. ORDER # 267BECA8This is the first time ever eating at a Tommy's and I think I won't ever again. When I arrived, part of my order was somehow already cooked and ready with the exception of one burger? How is it that one burger is done and one is just being started. The cashier looked like he's on half of a brain cell, touching his face and his mobile phone with no gloves. The other guy slightly out of sight appears to be doing the only work. He hands my burger to Mr. no-gloves. I get back to my motel and the hotdog is all the way on the bottom getting smashed by the weight of the food. My hotdog was inedible. Completely smashed and cold to the touch. One burger barely had any warmth and when I compared the fresher burger to the other, I can see they pawned me off a regular double cheeseburger instead of the 1/4 pound double cheeseburger I really ordered. So your employees are in the habit of doing bait-and-switch schemes. So out of my entire $44 meal, the only thing that was edible was the one burger and my drink. Serious waste of my money in the days of heavy inflation. Why should I order from a restaurant that can't respect my giving of business to this establishment. They can't even respect's a person's food order properly.
