We’ve been getting our pizza from this location (El Toro Rd in Lake Forest, CA) for a few years and they’re great! We’re vegan so we get no cheese and extra sauce and the pizzas are always made to order. We request an extra marinara sauce instead of the garlic dip and the staff always does it so we really appreciate their customer service. Orders are always ready on time! Thank you for your great service!

The overwhelming amount of one star reviews are very much warranted. Either the owner doesn’t care, or has extremely low standards in regard to quality and customer service. They never answer the phone, the food is poorly made, and the staff has a disgusting attitude of arrogance. It’s clear that they are there to be present long enough to collect a paycheck and nothing more. I remember when papa John’s used to make great pizza but what they serve here isn’t even half as good as the frozen ones at the grocery store.

Ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza around 3:30pm with a future delivery time set for 4:45pm. My delivery was 20 mins late and pizza was cold and almost inedible. I don't want a refund or a discount offer etc. Use this as a learning experience to do a better job moving forward.

It is a small place where you only order takeout or pick up, the pizzas are ready in 10 or 15 minutes maximum, they are very delicious and worth the price.
Parking: The place is inside a square and has a parking lot in front and one that you can take around the entire square or any place that is not exclusive.

2 employees just talking, standing around as I came in to get my pizza. No greeting or acknowledgement. The one guy up front seemed genuinely unsure and anxious if he should give me my order as he kept on looking back at the other 2 guys who were still talking. Was definitely an awkward and strange vibe. Pizza was fine.
