Placed online order for 715 pickup stood in line for over 20 minutes.. they were out of sauce for my wings and special seasonings.. and then to boot my pizza was uncut I ordered pineapple and bacon and there was I counted 6 pieces of pineapple (I counted while I was cutting my own pizza) come on management! You need 2 lines (one for pickup and one for people to order) I shouldn’t be waiting on people ordering when I PRE ORDERED MY PIZZA!!! Have plenty of staff on holidays and have basic ingredients! I drove out to lake forest because there isn’t one close to me just for the heart pizza.. at least it was a cute heart.. everything else failed miserably.

I should've waited to give the tip. The pizza had an old pepperoncini stem, dried out and obviously eaten inside the box. I smiled at the staff a few times as their eyes met mine by chance, but each time I was met with a deadpan stare, maybe I'm not the right colored skin? In any case, I would never spend my money there again. Also, the pizza crust has way too much sugar in it, and no sauce, and tasteless skimpy amount of cheese, yuck.

The WORST customer service. I placed an order over the phone. I called in shortly after ordering to pay with credit card over the phone. The lady with a strong Spanish accent answered and said she cannot charge me over the phone and I would have to pay cash. I told her I didn’t have cash I needed to pay with card. She said I can just tell the delivery guy to call in with the card. I said okay but the pizza had still not come. We call in again, speak to the same lady with the accent. She said a lady called in to cancel my order. I said no I didn’t cancel my order and she just insisted telling me I cancelled my order! So I reordered online and after another hour, NO PIZZA! I call again and speak to the same lady! She told me that the order was marked for pick up. I told her I’m looking at the receipt and it is delivery! I just cancelled the order. I will never use or recommend this location again. TRASH!

I just placed my pizza order (2 large) and 8-piece BBQ wings. Ordered arrived with no wings. I called the store and Caren answers, decides to hang up vs resolving the matter. I will never order from this place again.

Manager just stole from me, ill be calling the district manager. Went to pay for a single XL pizza and when i tapped the card the lady manager clicked the 20% tip on the credit card reader and told me thats how we charge for sauce cups….WHAT?!?! Thats insane, $5 for two sauce cups would already be wrong, but that is straight theft from the customer to her wallet and not the company.I hope a district manager sees this! Happened at 9pm, 8/7/23

Pizza not fresh consistency of cardboard. Wings were undercooked and the sauce resembled gravy. Good going PPJ. Ruined meal and a terrible waste of money. You've lost a customer.
