I ordered with Uber Eats and received different items. I then called the store, and the guy said they didn’t have the items I ordered and replaced them with something else. I asked if the price was the same, and he said yes. However, when I checked the prices, I found the items were at least $4 cheaper than what I paid. They could have added one more item to match the price. I paid for Uber Eats and received something different and less valuable.

I had the worst customer service experience this morning at this location. I place an order for pickup that was supposed to be ready at 7:30am. I got there at 7:45 and my order was not ready. The proton at the counter said that they just forgot and that they will get it ready. It took 15 min to get my order ready. When they handed me the boxes I decided to open them before I left and make sure everything was there and that upset the person that put my order together. My order was not correct, there were items missing. I told the person in the front I had item missing and he decided to ignore me and help someone else. Another person came out from the back and I told him my order was not correct. The person that put together my order then intervened and said those item were not on his ticket. I showed him my receipt and he was extremely rude to me and told me that the items were not on his ticket. The other person check his ticket and the missing items were there so he proceeded to add them to my order. The way the person I. The counter talked to me was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I did t make the mistake he did and I was not rude to him. I was 30 minutes late to work. I received the worst customer service and he didn't even have the decency to apologize for my order not being ready or correct

The coffee is rich and smooth, and the pastries are always fresh and delicious. The croissants are especially buttery and light. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for a great coffee and pastry experience!

Staff here is really nice & friendly and all the pastries are fresh and delicious. I often come here to study and get my work done and I always buy something to be courteous of using the space. They have free wifi and the connection is great!

I liked this place till I found tiny fly in their refrigerator plus they have adding tip on their system but they do not give it to their employees this is disappointing the owner hopefully see this and think about it then I will come back
