It's OK. Nothing that makes you say OMG. I would say run of the mill. Bread is OK. Steak is OK. Any flavor is from the cheese. Nothing your friends from out of town would have to try. Fries were not really great, still fries but meat. Everything meh.

I admit that I love all the Philly's Best locations I've been to, and no matter the location the food is always excellent and fresh. But as far as cleanliness for this specific Philly's Best, the staff has done an excellent job in making sure this location is of utmost cleanliness.
