Been there many times, food and service always been good, except for last Sunday there was a rude waiter - tall buff guy with glasses. Asked for an extra plate and as he brought it, I noticed needing a fork too, very politely of course, asked for it, and he said why didn't you tell me earlier - I followed him to the counter, get the fork from his hand and told him no need to walk back to our table and it wasn't busy at all - just two other tables. I always like to tip...
When you can't afford to go to the Pho or Vermicelli headquarters, this is the spot! Not 100% traditional, but the flavors are there. Quality is not skimmed on dishes. Reasonable prices.

- Pho was hot and fresh. Soup base was ok, but it seems to be chicken broth more than beef broth. Still good to me
- they gave a plate of bean sprout/herbs with plastic wrap on top, small portion. I asked for one more and they were happy to give me more
- I like the vermicelli more as the grilled pork was tasty! It came with egg rolls as well
