Just order my 20th delivery at least, got a call from Dooor Dash I had to come to the gate, which isn't a"gate",'Delivery means" , I don't drive ANYWHERE. yet he couldn't find me, etc been brought to my porch numerous times. Drove to get it, NEVER AGAIN ?? Don't call it DOOR DASH IF YOU DON'T DASH DIRECTLY TO MY DOOR FOOL! ???

Wow! Crust is perfect! Ordered a medium meat lovers with thin cruise and it is delicious! Still eating but had to comment. Only negative is I should have ordered a large! Louis gave excellent customer service and very cordial. They also take an EBT card if you have one of those. I'll definitely be back. ? Thanks!

I was able to order delicious hand toss pizza from the app and picked it up in 15 minutes, with discount, too. Next time I would order big New York style pizza! Service is great at this location, highly recommended!

Order a double order of bread sticks and I was charged incorrectly over $8.99 x 2 pkus tax. Needless to say I did not get the credit. Last time I will buy here.

Ordered a pizza with tomatoes on it from this store. Didn’t realize that all the tomatoes were burnt until I got home. The manager failed to do quality assurance.

I ordered from here today, biggest mistake ever! I wanted to try the new cheesesteak pizza..when the guy delivered it, it was not hot and gooey, tasted like a frozen pizza in the oven! Then there was tons of sprinkled parmesan cheese shaped all over slices of pizza. Plus, it wasent a normal pizza cut up EVENLY??? WTH?? It was like prepped, separated pieces , that need to come together as 1 whole pizza!! For 25.00, WHAT A FRICKEN WASTE OF FOOD AND MONEY!!!

It's been a while since I ordered a pizza from here, but did tonight. Really one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Tasted like it came from a school cafeteria. Also, if you advertise a $13.99 pizza at that location, you shouldn't be allowed to add a "service charge" when checking out. If it costs you $15.20 to sell a pizza post that price, don't tell me you can't sell it to me for $13.99 because people make too much money in California.

Pizza was not tasty. When I asked for parmesan cheese, I was told they now have it in little shakers and they're $1.29 each, did I want one? How cheap can you be? Way to make your customers feel valued and like tipping. The only good thing was that my pizza was free because it was one of my Pizza Hut rewards. Thankfully, I have no points left. I'll stick with Round Table.

This particular store on El Toro Rd in Lake Forest always has our pizzas ready and hot in 15 minutes. And always done right! We tried the Detroit pizza and loved it! Sauce was very tasty.
