Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Overall, the entire team at red Robbin's is very warm and welcoming, the restaurant is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, with reserved parking in front of the establishment, and the staff take good care of you.
Perhaps the washbasin in the toilet is a little too high, but it works even when you're sitting in a wheelchair...

My Burger was delicious, I was quicker than my waiter Sean H. to ask for a refill on my side botomless, but I'm sure he would have done it anyway as he was very attentive to me.

Horrible service, rude, sat us in the bar area with a toddler, didn’t even give us 5 min to settle in and your server on 8/13/2025 at 630pm was the rudest employee ever. Trying to protect the other customer, I work in the restaurant business and a family owned restaurant, the way your employee acted was very unprofessional… it was disgusting…. And allowing the customer to talk to me the way they did… was very rude .. I did tell the customer off…. Her own husband didn’t protect her cause she knows she was in the wrong… your server was even in shock and told him off and said I’ll leave instead…. All I have to say is you should be very disappointed how your employee acted… I’m a very good customer but the fact that I didn’t even get 5 min to calm my child and just sat down was disgusting… I’d like to talk to the owner as well..

We went there with a big group of 22 people. There was another even bigger group! We were waited on with no problem.The people there were really great, and were right there if we needed anything. We were all very impressed with the food, the servers and the people in charge making sure we were all taken care of! There was no wait because we had booked it ahead of time.

I had a very disappointing double tavern cheese burger last night.
The bottom bun was too soggy to hold sandwich like. The skin slice of tomato was warm, soft and underrate, so it removed it. The lettuce was not fresh and the entire burger was soaked. The French fries were textured like reheated.
Look at the menu picture. This is nothing like it.
McDonald’s does a better job.

Menu is mostly burgers and fries but they're good and the selection is big enough.

We were treated royally!

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Our waitress, Kacie, also did an amazing job.

From the moment my mother and I walked in, John and everyone made us feel at home. A wonderful and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone was welcome. Our burgers were served without rush (often a problem at restaurants) and we were made to feel at ease through a leisurely meal.

That the manager (John) and the serving staff were so personable is a tremendous feat. This will be a new favorite in my dining options!

This is really one of the better experiences we've had when visiting with our kids. The burgers are excellent, the environment is fun and festive, and the service was quite good in our experience. We each got different bottomless sides, I like the healthy option of broccoli, but our kids love the fries. I tried the vegetarian burger and it was actually one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had, and have had it several times since. The kids meals are decent value, and even better during one of their kids meal promotions which they run from time to time, usually during the week. At full price, we find that the restaurant and food is a bit on the pricey side, is $18, or $20 or even $16 worth it for a specialty burger? I guess that depends on how much you value a burger. I can't justify such a high price unless you're getting a lot for it, so while we used to eat at Red Robin more regularly, we mainly come when there's a promotion running.

Food was great. Lily did a great job as a server and bartender....great help with choosing a meal.
Food came out hot, salad came out chilled, couldn't have asked for better. Definitely five star service.
The manager came out, Rob I believe his name was, and asked how everything was. That's tough to find at other venues. Very appreciative for that care and customer service.
Will definitely be back!!!

Sean G is always amazing!!!! My husband and I love his friendliness, attention to detail and remembers us whenever we come into Red Robin. I look forward to seeing Sean When he’s working.
