Delicious gourmet tacos and burritos! They also serve alcohol here. Make sure join the reward program. Only thing I don't like is if you come at peak time (lunch or dinner) there might be long wait due to people who ordered online or thru the app. The restaurant should prioritize for in restaurant customers or balance between these group of customers

We have been coming here for a few years. We love Rubio’s and I have to admit this location was really disappointing for a while. The customer service was lacking and the food was hit or miss. Well in the past month or two things have really turned around at this location. The woman working the register is so nice and the food is back to being consistently good.

Came back after not eating at this location for a long time. Thought I would give them one more chance nothing changed. No one inside ordering 4 people eating 5 people working in back one person up front working it took over 20min for my order for just me not a big order. This location is a joke. I am done with this place.

Placed an online order and had to wait in the store for 30+ minutes for the food. People came and went after me and there was no check ins from the staff. When I asked the only response was “it’s not ready yet”. Just a bad experience unfortunately.
