Sammy's Original is a cool little bar with a positive ambiance, fantastic service, and cool people. While the food may not be exceptional, the drinks and staff make up for it. With live music, pool tables, horse race betting, and various events like karaoke and line dancing, it's a great spot for a fun night out. The well-priced menu and nightly specials make it worth a visit.

Great place to grab a drink and watch local bands, featuring a fully equipped stage kept grounded and groovy by master of ceremonies Terry Anderson. The pizza is a great choice here—the dough is really nice! Recommended eats include chicken tenders, Cole slaw, burger melt, turkey sandwich, and BLT.

Open Mike nights start at 7pm, hosted by Jersey Shore’s own Phil Silverman, warming up with unique R&B and traditional country stylings. Featured vocalist Lady Jameson brings the heat, followed by the American music songbook. Soloists can perform with the Sammy’s House Band, a group talented enough to open for any megastar.

The bar offers a little bit of everything—pool tables, horse races, and karaoke. Waiters are accommodating, and people are very friendly. Ladies, just an FYI—the bathrooms get hot and suffocating. Despite small hiccups like karaoke pauses during races, it’s a lively place to hang out and enjoy your 15 minutes of fame.
