I ordered a classic Oolong Milk Tea with Pudding, and it usually comes with Pearl boba. When I called the front desk about the issue, the staff member said that I would have to add it next time. I was puzzled because they said they would include it with boba, so how could I add another extra and have to pay more? As a result, I won't be returning to this place, and I can't recommend it

Easy to oder on the big screens but if you want to pay up front, at the registers. Give it about 7-8 min wait. They have BAD customer service. They don't get trained to welcome customers. They do ignore you, when you walk in. And make sure you get your order right, they do seem to miss understand. :(

They charge EXTRA for no ice but top off your tea with water! For $8+ you end up with a watery bland boba drink. That’s ridiculous.

If you're going to charge $6+ for each item, the least you can do is make it right. Ordered 2 classic oolong milk teas, less ice, and 30% sugar. The barista filled the cups with ice, added 5 cups of milk powder and about 25% of the brewed tea. Tastes like milky water. When asked, "this is with less ice?", she replied "Yes" and walked away.

Sharetea is easily the best boba place in Lake Forest! Their oolong milk tea is flavorful and the boba is soft and made perfectly every time. They also use nondairy creamer that tastes just like real milk for those of us with lactose intolerance ?Any time I order ahead online, my drink is made promptly. The owner is friendly and the shop is always sparkling clean and welcoming ✨ It’s always worth stopping by when you’re driving down El Toro

We come here all the time. This time the person at front was annoyed that I and one other person didn’t want to use the self kiosk. The person making the drinks was awesome. Message to the owners as prices go up people will be happy to pay so long as the service is there. Today it wasn’t really. We will be back but will not use kiosk. Please train your staff that customer service is the key to a successful service business

Even though share tea is a franchise, this place is more expensive for the drinks than anywhere else in Orange County for the same. The girls in the store are nice and the teas taste good; but I also agree with previous reviews. Less ice means I actually want less ice…. And not a scoop full….
