It takes 20 minutes to drive here every time. We arrive at 8:30. The front desk tells us that it will close at 9:00. Do you want to go? Could you please change your business hours to 8:30? I had some oxtail for lunch last time. It must have been because my hard teeth were about to fall out just after being cooked. The boss came over and said that oxtail is just like this. He explained pua to me in one meal. I said that I can bite it without any problem after eating it four times. I just got another one. It was good at first. Recently, the beef rice noodles have lost one-third of their meat. I don’t know how to evaluate it. Today, it’s 8:30 and I can only go. You don’t have it at home anymore. At first, I shared the joy of Treasure Restaurant with my friends. It only turned into endless fun!

I've been there several times before and my experience today was very bad and I'm speechless. The chef mistakenly ordered the menu and cooked the wrong dish. After the dish was served, I checked that my order was correct. After they made the mistake, the dish was not moved at all and I asked the waitress at the front desk to explain it. I also considered telling them about it. She said that since it was fired, I would buy it if it didn't work. After reading it, she actually came to me with the order and argued that I ordered the wrong thing to shirk responsibility. There was no apology or thank you throughout the whole process, and she didn't understand what I said and kept insisting to me that the kitchen could not deliver the food to me (I didn't say that I would deliver the food to me the whole time, I don't know how she understood it). I came to eat, pay and eat what I ordered. The dishes are served as a matter of course. It is the chef's responsibility to read the order clearly, and it is also the waiter's responsibility to solve the problem. His attitude towards solving the problem is so domineering, and he just wants to shirk responsibility. He has no apology for me and still comes to accuse me, which is really speechless. I was kind-hearted and tolerant of these normal mistakes, but the attitude of the waiter was really irritating. You should at least apologize to me for your mistakes in the kitchen, right?

Uesd to be one of our favorite restaurants, lately the service is poor, and the rich, delicious fish brooth becomes tasteless. Disappointed.

I wasn't real familiar with this kind of cuisine, but definitely had a great experience. Cold appetizer was delicious as was the seafood rice. Also got the braised beef soup, which was good as well. I'm not a big fan of noodle soups per se, but this was delicious and the beef was very very tender. Seafood fried rice was maybe the best I've ever had from very light and fluffy very flavorful the chili sauce at the table made it just an amazing flavor sensation.

Noodle soup is okay. Not too bad. We ordered a lot of dishes. The beef rib, salty duck egg corn, pork intestines, and clams. Aside from the noodle soup, everything is super salty. The black pepper beef rib was fired and put on iron plate which wasn't even hot. The cold side dishes comes with, under cook peanuts, overcooked beef slices and last one cucumbers that's not even marinated! Just fresh cucumber slice!? So, long story short, over priced not tasty. I should've just order what they are good for which is fish soup and do not try anything else as they are not worth the money.

It's been a really long time since I left a restaurant after my meal and think "damn that was good."I can't believe it took me so long to discover this place. We got two noodle soups to share during lunch time and decided to also take home a few dishes for dinner and next day lunch. Here's what we got:House noodle soup - I loved it. The soup was perfect and I added shrimp to it. I chose the rice noodle option (ramen and udon were the other choices) along fish pieces. It was good but I may try the other noodles next time for funsies. The soup had clams, some veggies, and woodear.Braised beef noodle soup: I thought this was spicy but it's not. It was such a hearty and delicious soup. This was my hubby's dish but I needed up liking it more than mine. The meat on the bone was so satisfying to eat. We chose udon to go with this and I felt it was the perfect choice. 10/10 absolutely would get this again.Seafood fried rice: this was such a delight. We got this togo but they accidently gave it to us in a dine in bowl. I'm glad bc the presentation was beautiful. 10/10 would def order again as well.Mapo tofu: I think this was just okay. I usually prefer more numbing Mala spice with my mapo tofu but it's pretty good than most other places. If you have a craving, this'll satisfy it. 7/10.Chili chicken appetizer: I think this was decent as well. I'm pairing this at home with some rice congee. 7/10.Sauerkraut beef: this was surprisingly my favorite dish. The flavors were so good and it definitely packed a punch when it came to spice. Pair it with some rice. 10/10!!Side of intestine: you can order this as an extra item in the noodle soups section. It was pretty decent. The texture was right but I wish it was a bit more spicy. 6/10.All in all, I'm a fan. The decor was cool and clean. Ordering and checking out was fast. For a lunch time rush they only had about half the restaurant filled. I wouldn't be surprised if this place ends up being super busy soon enough!!

We've eaten the food here a few times in the past and it was very good. This time was very disappointing. The Seafood Special is usually packed with a variety of fish. This time there were only a couple of small pieces of white fish. The broth in the past was exceptional. This time it was bland and tasteless. We probably won't eat their food again.

I had no idea what to expect fish soup to taste like, but really enjoyed it. The spicy sauerkraut fish soup is delicious - the fish soup is very well balanced (not too fishy) and the sauerkraut gives it a yummy pickle-y kick.I returned with my husband because I thought he would like it, and tried the stir-fried pork belly that time as well. I liked the stir-fried pork belly even more than the fish soup!I highly recommend this place.

Sheng-Shui is the BEST hidden-gem, authentic chinese food spot in South Orange County, the interior is absolutely beautiful, service is magnicifcent and friendly, and the food is so tasty and flavorful. I have no doubt will be returning VERY soon!

Had an awesome lunch here with fast and friendly service. Get the SEAFOOD FRIED RICE and WOK-FRIED WHITE CLAMS for a flavor bomb of deliciousness. We also liked our samples of the pork intestine and ox tail and look forward to trying more dishes. A lot of people love the fish soup but it's a bit too bland for what we prefer. Will definitely be back!

Food is good. Service is bad.The lady at the counter was absolutely rude. We had a group of 9, though we ordered individually at the counter, we served water ourselves, she charged each order with a 20% service fee. What service?
