TLDR: Get the Brisket Pho!
I have been to the vast majority of pho restaurants in south OC, and Simply Pho is by far the best. Accessibility, the broth, the meat and noodles are all great.
Every time I come in, I order as I’m getting seated and I don’t even look at the menu:
The Brisket Pho is the best.

I LOVE coming here but lately the customer service have been really bad out server NEVER came back to ask how everything was or if we needed more drinks I had to get up and ask for more water more limes more everything!!! It was horrible!!!
