Gal at the front was friendly enough. The restaurant was empty when it should have been a busy hour. That should have been a sign.
The most very basic dish went so terribly awfully weong, though. It's almost hard to imagine how it went so wrong. Flavor was totally off, as if all the wrong spices were used and did not taste good at all. Pineapple fried rice should be FRIED. Half of the rice was uncooked/raw and crunchy/hard. The other half seemed soaked in water and super soggy but it was all mixed in as if it was being cooked for the first time and then stopped. It's one of the most basic dishes for a Thai restaurant...there's even a YouTube video of a very young child making it. It's supposed to START with cooked rice on the dry side. It is obvious that this was made with raw uncooked rice. It was the worst fried rice we have ever tasted, pineapple or otherwise. As in... Ever. Cannot go back to a restaurant that gets the most basic food completely wrong. Waste of $16+tax and waste of food bc it was uncooked and inedible. It was a brick of congealed halfway cooked rice with bits of mashed pineapple and really tough chicken. Went through the entire brick to take photos of uncooked rice and then threw it all out.
Still really good food, service and atmosphere but prices continue to rise and sadly we’ll have to find another Thai restaurant that’s more affordable. Thought it was strange that Panang curry with chicken does not come with rice; we had to pay extra for a bowl of rice…?
Delicious!
Spice Thai is a locally owned gem. We had a party of 8 tonight and tried so many different things. Crying Tiger (amazing), Pad Thai (amazing), both shrimp and beef Thai rolls (so great), shrimp tempura (amazing) Thai chicken fried rice, pineapple curry, chicken satays, and more. For dessert, we had the sweet rice and mango Everything was fantastic. Service was excellent and the place was really charming. We loved every minute of our dinner tonight.
Thank you for making our outing w our team so perfect.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant been coming here for 20+ years but it's been ruined by greedy pricing.$25 for crying tiger? 4 years ago was $12.95. I'm out.

The food is delicious but once you see the bill you will get shocked. For 3 people's 15% gratitude. She will tell from 2 peoples gratitude will apply. You will not informed prior about it and there is no sign. Heck bad experience on service.

The server forgot to add the beverages to the bill . What possessed you to tell your customers …here is another separate bill for the beverages I forgot to add to your original bill. Think about. Was it worth giving your first time customers a blunder on your part over $7.50? Times are tough and we all want to experience a good time eating out. We won’t be dining with you in the future and won’t be recommending it to any of our friends. Disappointed.

Had a delightful experience at this small Thai spot! The Spicy Curry Fried Rice and Spicy Curry Noodles were a flavor explosion - absolutely delicious. The Crying Tiger dish was a standout, perfectly grilled and bursting with flavor. The portion size of the Spicy Curry Fried Rice is generous - perfect for sharing between two unless you're especially hungry. A satisfying meal that won't leave you wanting! The cozy ambiance coupled with the friendly staff made our visit even more enjoyable. Can't wait to return for more Thai goodness!

Came here so that I could eat while my car charged. The staff acted like I didn't exist, nit even a drink order... so I left. Will never bother going there again.

I have dined in and taken out many times. My husband and I have drastically different taste profiles, but we both love Spice Thai. I get the chicken fried chicken and egg rolls and my husband gets the Thai basil and green curry. We have tried numerous other places and always come back
