Today, in the extreme heat, I walked into Starbucks while pregnant, just to ask for a cup of water. The female barista refused and said I had to buy something first.

It felt really upsetting and strange. I wasn’t feeling well, and there were no stores nearby to simply get some water. I never thought Starbucks would deny something as basic as water

I never do bad reviews but my experience today was upsetting. And for someone who works in the food industry I didn’t appreciate the way my situation was handled. My order was placed at 9:45am and did not receive it until 10:30am ish and if it wasn’t because I SPOKE UP. Everyone just kept staring at me instead of asking what my name was. I get it, it was busy. When I asked the first time about my order instead of checking they said they were working on it. Not until I had to go to the cashier and asked about the status of my order. They “redid” my drink but instead of making it their first priority, since I’ve been there at that point 30-40 mins, they made other orders and when they had the chance they did mine.
When a customer comes asking for an order when they’ve been waiting for over 15 mins, please take the time to look into an order instead of saying “we are working on it”. It’s common sense and common courtesy.

Nice starbucks off El Toro no drive through it closes fairly early for a Starbucks considering most are open late. I don't drink as much starbucks as I used to yet it's still a good place to grab coffee on the go.

ordered some cake pop and milk for my daughter. guy told me to wait for it. waited 10mins just to be told that they dont have an order for it. you literally just took my money 10mins ago and yoire saying u dont have an order for one? ridiculous.

Was banned from location for a rule I did not know about, left everything cleaner then before I went in the store, tried talking with upper managment and explaining I did nothing wrong and that I was banned for the wrong reasons, and they laughed at me as I was explaining myself to them. They are unruly shill and a company that supports absolutism and athoritarianism, you are guilty without proof, and you can never be proven innocent, even without having done one thing wrong or inconvienincing one person.
Oh and also they would have never known if I didnt tell them myself. Because of how confident that I made no mess or inconvienienced one person whatsoever. Yet they saw it as an opportunity to cancel somone they were jealous of. Thank you.

The parking lot is crazy at this location; however, they consistently make the drinks correctly here and ready for pickup when stated. Only a few tables for seating inside and 4-5 tables outside.

I have been going there for over 3 years, lately the customer service has gone way down. For 3 weeks now we have been using curbside and we wait and wait and wait. The reason we like using curbside is my boyfriend is handicapped and it makes it easy for him to order and not have to walk in. Yesterday he ordered curbside he sat for 30 mins, finally the guy came out and said o sorry I couldn’t see you through the window! Don’t they get notifications what stall your in!!??
I’m sorry to say that even though this is closer for us on the way to work we will be going to a farther one from now on!!

If I could give Negative Stars I would. Customer service Has gone way down at this store!! Waited for curbside for 20 mins had to walk in and then had to wait again because the 3 girls that were working were chatting away about their night and what there were gonna do tonight! They said sorry that the curbside is turned off that’s why we aren’t coming out. If the curbside was turned off then why was my drink way behind the counter where you keep curbside !!!??????
