I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location due to the rude behavior of an employee named Stephen. All I did was politely ask if my order was almost ready, and his response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was no reason for the attitude — I wasn't being impatient or demanding, just asking a simple question. As a regular customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy, and this interaction left a really bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because customer service should be a priority.

My drink was good but they let it sit on the counter for a long ass time, maybe they called my name but I didn’t hear, not sure why you can’t just say hey sir your drink is ready when u see it sitting there and nobody else is inside smh

When she handed it to me, I was surprised to see that it was only three-quarters full. I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and have always received a full cup, so I was taken aback by this unexpected change. I wondered if she had made a mistake or if something had gone wrong during the preparation. The experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. I expect consistency when I order something, especially when it’s a regular item. Next time, I might ask for an explanation if the same thing happens again, as I believe I should get what I’m paying for. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that made me reconsider my choice of Starbucks.
