I ordered on the app just prior to going in the drive thru for pick up. The employee said to pull forward and they "hope" they can get it done. I asked for a water as well if possible. When I got to the window they asked me to pull out of the drive thru and park to wait for my order. (No one else was in the drive thru). They brought my drink out and I kindly asked again for a water. She hesitated and was like well ... so I just said it's okay nevermind. They make you feel like you have bothered them and/or done had something wrong. I would never run my business as poorly as this store does.

After a few times at this location we decided to do a review. Each time…we ordered on line. We came in 10 mins before order was ready each time and name was NEVER called out. Which means not only were our coffees just warm but also meant that every customer had to handle all of the cups to find their name (disgusting). Although we ordered whipped cream on both coffees we only received it on one. Retraining of employees is suggested.

Lately the drinks have been watered down. More like milk with a dribble of coffee, which is not what I’m paying over $6 for. Tried a matcha latte instead today and it was green milk, literally! This store is skimping on the main ingredients. My son is also a Starbucks patron and said the same thing about the quality of his drinks. It’ll be awhile before I consider trying this store again.

I was made to feel like them messing up my order was my fault due to a comment Skyler had made as I was leaving, and in the end they still gave me a cup of milk with some fruit in it. I had gone through the drive-thru and ordered 2 wraps, a venti lavender chill with coconut milk, and a water cup. The usual drink order on the menu is called a Lavender Oatmilk Chill, and the only change I asked for was coconut milk instead.I was handed a tall drink, and when I told them what I had ordered, they said "Oh, yeah, one second" and after some waiting they handed me a venti cup of all oat milk with some dragon fruit in it. Skyler had also forgotten the water cup, and when I told them I ordered one they said to me "Oh, yeah, sorry, the order sort of threw us a curve ball, we had to figure it out." in an annoyed tone.Only after I had driven back home a bit did I take a sip and realize they forgot to put any lavender in the second time around and it was all oat milk instead. The only part of the order that was correct was the 2 wraps, and everything else had to be asked for every step of the way and they still got it wrong.This review wouldn't be here if they had been apologetic for their mistakes but they decided to rush through and try to make me feel bad for it. This was a very disappointing and sour experience, and it isn't worth stopping at this location. It's better to go just up the road to the Starbucks in Foothill Ranch instead.
