The staff here are always so friendly and nice! I just have to complain tho I’m sorry, I got a banana matcha protein foam or whatever and it was really bad. Y’all gotta blend the protein better. :( I had tons of powder chunks. Waste of 7 bucks.
A side note for Starbucks in general—the whey protein choice is terrible. It tastes like whey and fake vanilla. Not getting any of your protein foams. Yuck.

And it’s the little things that make the biggest impact: a cheerful quote scribbled on your cup, a sincere “have a great day” that doesn’t feel robotic, and a genuine appreciation for your presence.

I ordered on the app just prior to going in the drive thru for pick up. The employee said to pull forward and they "hope" they can get it done. I asked for a water as well if possible. When I got to the window they asked me to pull out of the drive thru and park to wait for my order. (No one else was in the drive thru). They brought my drink out and I kindly asked again for a water. She hesitated and was like well ... so I just said it's okay nevermind. They make you feel like you have bothered them and/or done had something wrong. I would never run my business as poorly as this store does.

After a few times at this location we decided to do a review. Each time…we ordered on line. We came in 10 mins before order was ready each time and name was NEVER called out. Which means not only were our coffees just warm but also meant that every customer had to handle all of the cups to find their name (disgusting). Although we ordered whipped cream on both coffees we only received it on one. Retraining of employees is suggested.
