Miriam the Supervisor, is a complete DOLL!!...Her attitude is top notch, and makes you feel like family❣️...Brooke W. is also a Sweetheart, always smiling, and greets you with enthusiasm.💕...I don't know everyone's name, but they are all FABULOUS!!....Thank you!...The best location.☕️

This Starbucks in Foothill Ranch is one of my favorite spots to grab a coffee and get a little work done. The place is always clean, quiet, and has a really relaxed vibe. Perfect for focusing or just taking a break.
The staff here are super friendly and efficient — they always get my order right and serve with a smile. It’s clear they care about customer service.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a calm, welcoming spot with great coffee and great service.

As someone who’s been sleeping on the Minecraft movie I was hella confused at the drive through when my daughter kept yapping about how Steve was at the window. Okay I see it now. For clout purposes my daughter requested to go back for a photo with Steve from Minecraft. Thankfully the barista was high key chill about it. Aura points +500. Bonus points if they start selling lava chicken.

I got an email from Starbucks saying that they had a new cold brew. The coffee drink advertised looked so delicious that I went to Starbucks and ordered it. When the drink I ordered was ready, I was shocked because the actual drink looked so different from the advertisement. I was fooled by the advertisement. I feel I’m an idiot. 🤪

Just bought coffee and sat to get some work done, a barista came and said they are closing lobby in 15 minutes for an internal meeting. No responsibility for their officially listed hours.
One of the best Starbucks so far. Clean bathroom, clean lobby, nice lobby's temperature. Friendly staff. Everything perfect. Like it so much.

I used to visit this location everyday, but I’ve decided to stop permanently. The quality of their drinks & service has gone downhill, which is incredibly disappointing. The staff is outright rude & often gives me unpleasant looks whenever I come in. My go-to order is a matcha latte, but there have been several times when it tasted like they just served me a glass of milk with no matcha powder. Recently, I even got one that was half foam. Since I usually grab my drink on my way to work, it’s frustrating because I don’t have time to go back and have it fixed. I hope their staff receives better training because it feels like a complete waste of money.

This is a gorgeous Starbucks! Spacious, clean, well staffed and stocked with food and merchandise, ample seating indoors with comfortable and chic outdoor gathering spaces as well! An absolute gem of a Starbucks!
i ordered a iced shaken espresso with peppermint chocolate cold foam and light ice and when i got the drink it was literally more than half foam. in what world is it standard to have over half of the coffee be foam. every time i’ve ordered this drink, there is a small amount of foam maybe 2 inches thick. usually i don’t have problems with this place but cmon u can’t be scamming ppl like that
