Ask for Alejandra and get your coffee from Alejandra. I want to share my amazing experience with Alejandra, the new supervisor at this Starbucks. From the very first moment I met her, she made an incredible impression. She is extremely kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about customer service.
I usually spend over $50 when I visit Starbucks because I like trying different flavors and learning about the caffeine levels in each drink. When I asked Alejandra for a recommendation, she suggested a Nitro Cold Brew with caramel foam. She even made it herself, and it turned out to be one of the best drinks I have ever had. I absolutely loved it.
I come to this location almost every day, and I often sit inside for about two hours. During that time, I can see how well Alejandra manages everything. The difference in the quality of service since she started is honestly impressive. She runs the store smoothly, treats every customer with respect, and makes sure that the entire environment feels welcoming.
I want to say a huge thank-you to Alejandra for providing such outstanding service. I also want to give a special thanks to the rest of the team — every employee here is kind, friendly, and hardworking.

This spot is a great place to study at and near my home, so I come here regularly. However, I’m often faced by workers who are impolite and inattentive.

It’s the closest Starbucks near where I live, so I always come to this one, always a chill spot to study and doing homework. But when I came in today and politely asked if I could get a cup of water first, so I could eat my food outside and come back later to order a drink. The staff girl immediately said no, mentioning some “policy.” So I decided to order a drink first and asked if I could just get some water now and pick up my drink later. Then she asked me “what time” in a very impatient tone. It made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable or free even though I paid for a $7 drink. That kind of attitude was really mean, at the very least, when I speak to you politely, I expect the same level of politeness in return, very disappointing!

I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks, and this is not a very good one. The service is not particularly fast nor particularly friendly, and the espresso doesn’t taste as good as other Starbucks locations, which makes me think they’re not cleaning and maintaining the machine very thoroughly—and that wouldn’t surprise me, given the generally dirty appearance of the store (trash cans outside often overflowing, etc). It is often very crowded inside, and the atmosphere feels more chaotic than convivial. I can’t recommend this location.

Im rating on service! This morning I called to place an order for a couple travelers. ALWAYS call when my company has meetings. This morning I called to place an order. The lady who answered would not place my order and said I could do this online.

I came to this Starbucks for a mobile pick up and used the drive thru for the first time ever around 9pm on September 5, and since there was no line at all I didn’t know how it worked. Before I was even completely stopped or finished saying what I was ordering, one of the staff, who was skinny with black hair, cut me off and stuck her head out the window with the nastiest attitude and told me to wait at the window next time. I explained that it was my first time and I didn’t know, but instead of explaining politely she just turned her back on me and completely ignored me, which felt extremely rude and unprofessional. I had already had a rough day and her attitude made it worse, ruining my night. Thankfully another staff member came after and she was nice and helpful, though they almost forgot my food items until I reminded them. The second girl was kind, but the first one should not be treating customers that way. I understand the rule about waiting at the window, but there was no one in front of me to follow, and if she had explained it in a respectful way I would have completely understood. Instead I was cut off, snapped at, and ignored, which is unacceptable. If you were the skinny black-haired girl working the window at 9pm on September 5, you need to provide better service.

I've been going to this Starbucks for a couple years, and the employees are PHENOMENAL!!!!.🫶...They are always smiling, patient when busy, & try hard to remember your name & drink!!....It's a real pleasure to get my daily fix at this location, as they never disappoint!!.
Miriam the Supervisor, is a complete DOLL!!...Her attitude is top notch, and makes you feel like family❣️...Brooke W. is also a Sweetheart, always smiling, and greets you with enthusiasm.💕...I don't know everyone's name, but they are all FABULOUS!!....Thank you!...The best location.☕️
