The staff at this Starbucks is exceptional. I got a croissant and coffee, as I usually do here for my breakfast before work. I had a case of butter fingers and dropped my croissant on the floor on the way out. Since it was my mistake, I wasn’t going to ask them for another, so I threw it out and headed back to the office, disappointed I’d have no breakfast. The baristas were so sweet and rushed after me to tell me no worries, it happens, let's get you a new one so you don’t go hungry. Crazy how such a small act of kindness can impact your day. They made me feel appreciated as a customer. To all the baristas working morning of 8/5, thank you!

Love the convenience and friendly, familiar staff as well as the consistent quality of food and drinks and service, but don’t love the early close time (6-7pm) and not a huge fan of the recent remodel and drastic change in space! But then again, I am not familiar with the reasons for the changes, therefore I’m not at liberty to change my review and star rating based on structural changes since the important elements remained consistent!

The 2 gals working the counter were speaking with another customer for a while. Didn't even stop to say hi or let me know they'd be right with me. I understand being understanding to the customers needs and even so far as personal problems. But please recognize that there are other customers waiting patiently. Truly one of them could have assisted other customers while the other listened and discussed the personal issue .

First of all The store is so dirty and dusty, and they are not that busy, some workers are just standing doing nothing which I think they should be cleaning specially around the pickup table. I ordered blueberry scones and they gave me a blueberry muffin in a bag which smells like onion I think they need to wash their hands once in a while and pay more attention.

This Starbucks is terrible. They are as slow as molasses and only cater to online/ pre orders. If you go in and order expect to wait FOREVER. Manager took my order and was rude. By the time I got my drink wasn't even to par. Never will go back
