Best freaking customer service out of any Starbucks I’ve been to 👏🥹 I came here today feeling homesick — Starbucks reminds me a lot of the memories I’d have with my sisters back in the Midwest and so I’ll go to one sometimes to lift my spirits. Everyone was so stellar and kind here. Even called me by my name when I had finished paying for my order and they were doing that for other customers as they walked out the door as well. Specifically Randy, thank you for bein a part of helping me feel a bit better today and feel seen and cared for. All the other staff was kind and made eye contact with me as well! Will be back:)

This might be the most friendly coffee place I have ever been to, the workers were so sweet and helpful, and gave the entire place a very warm and happy atmosphere. It is obvious that they like their jobs and they go above and beyond to make the customers feel welcome. Will definitely make this a regular stop when I am in town.

Some time ago, Starbucks had a promotion where they partnered with Marriott Bonvoy where Starbucks credited their users a BONUS 100 Points to join Marroit Bonvoy Rewards.
Well I did that haha and I JUST recently got the chance to redeem my offer. For 100 points, I chose to try Starbucks' Ham & Swiss Croissant sandwich.
I've only tried Starbucks one other time back when I was a teen over [blank] years ago, so this was a nice way to try them again after so long.
When I came in this Tuesday morning, I wasn't greeted right away, because I noticed the baristas were busy with other guests that came in.
Because I placed a mobile order, I asked one of the girls up front if my order was ready for pick up. She said she would check shortly. While I waited, a kind gentleman offered to help me. (I didn't get either of their names) but he was so upbeat and light and friendly. He let me know the Ham & Cheese Croissant was really good!
He wasn't lying! For a quick breakfast, the croissant was very flaky and the ham and Swiss was warm just right.
Again, I'm not a BIG Starbucks goer, but perhaps this will be a great start to that relationship!

The staff at this Starbucks is exceptional. I got a croissant and coffee, as I usually do here for my breakfast before work. I had a case of butter fingers and dropped my croissant on the floor on the way out. Since it was my mistake, I wasn’t going to ask them for another, so I threw it out and headed back to the office, disappointed I’d have no breakfast. The baristas were so sweet and rushed after me to tell me no worries, it happens, let's get you a new one so you don’t go hungry. Crazy how such a small act of kindness can impact your day. They made me feel appreciated as a customer. To all the baristas working morning of 8/5, thank you!

Decent spot obviously busy. Lots of app to go orders. Staff is efficient but perhaps a lack of urgency. They do have a board showing order status which is helpful.

Love the convenience and friendly, familiar staff as well as the consistent quality of food and drinks and service, but don’t love the early close time (6-7pm) and not a huge fan of the recent remodel and drastic change in space! But then again, I am not familiar with the reasons for the changes, therefore I’m not at liberty to change my review and star rating based on structural changes since the important elements remained consistent!
Was ok for a Starbucks. Not busy but the atmosphere and friendliness could use work.

The 2 gals working the counter were speaking with another customer for a while. Didn't even stop to say hi or let me know they'd be right with me. I understand being understanding to the customers needs and even so far as personal problems. But please recognize that there are other customers waiting patiently. Truly one of them could have assisted other customers while the other listened and discussed the personal issue .
