I ordered two sandwiches through the Subway app, the order was accepted, and I was charged in full with a pickup time given. When I arrived, the employee pulled my receipt out of the trash and casually told me they “don’t honor those coupons.”
No call, no text, no heads-up, nothing. They cancelled my order without informing me, tossed the receipt, and acted like it was no big deal. When I asked why I was charged if they weren’t going to honor it, I got attitude and a dismissive, “you’ll get your refund in a few days.”
So I left hungry, out money, and having wasted time and gas because this store can’t communicate.
Rude. Unprofessional. Zero customer care. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time here either.

Subway offers coupons, but makes you jump through hoops to use them.
The worker here said the their system cancels the order.

Placed an online order and went to pick up during my lunch break. Person in charge states he will not be fulfilling the order because I used a Subway coupon in the app. I understand that each Subway is a franchise, but this location needs to opt out of coupons on the website and in app. It's not ok to accept the order then deny it once the customer is there in person after being charged.

11:22 am Monday april 3 2023 bathroom not available. The employee not polite. Rude. Restrooms are for customers I was going to have lunch here but will never visit again. I have contacted corporate regarding this employees attitude and demeanor towards me. If this issue is not resolved I shall take necessary legal action for discriminatory practices.
