Terribly rude service. To the Hispanic girl was working today around 11AM, your rudeness made me not want to go into your store ever. Ignoring certain customers and helping others is incredibly distasteful. You told me to wait several times as you went ahead and served others.

Please update your hours.I was here at 0710 on Sunday 8/26/2023 and all the lights were off and the door was locked. Hours on the door and google both show open at 0700. It looked like the there was no one there. Not even in the back.

Rude, do not honor coupons per the coupon deals. No napkins given and no thank you for your business. Very cold and no customer appreciation at all.

Wow, I usually don't like to give such bad reviews but customer service really does matter. The last time I came here the service was great and my food was good. This time, the two guys behind the counter were more interested in what each other had to say than to take my order. I had to wait until they finished talking and then say "hello" before they acknowledged I was there. And they were facing my way! Just ignoring me. Then the guy who served me was in a hurry. He seemed upset that my one sandwich was very simple and the other one had all kinds of vegetables in it. He was mindlessly tossing everything in and when I told him I wanted a little of an ingredient, like lettuce, he threw in a bunch and I had to tell him to take some of it out. Then, I came home, and there was rotten brown spinach rolled up in the sandwich. It looked like cockroaches to me at first. When I order an ingredient I don't think I have to inspect it to see if it is rotten, and I would hope the person preparing the sandwich would see that the spinach wasn't good. Ugh. Even though I've had good experiences here before, and this location is most convenient to me, I will not be returning. I just hope my son likes his sandwich. It looked like a hot mess with burned bread. If not, at least he'll have Cheetos. :-)

I go here all the time. I stumbled upon the low yelp reviews and I got to defend them. I get great service here. Sure every now and then there's a new person learning the ropes. But my regular servers past 7 years always give excellent service. One even makes my sandwich before I tell her my order. I love the breakfast sandwiches and frequently arrive after breakfast hours and they make it anyhow. Relative to other subways there really is no difference. If you like subway you will like this one. I hang out there eating my breakfast for like 30 minutes every weekend for the past 7 years. I only heard one person complain about the lettuce. I looked after customer left and didn't not see anything unusual. Worker was a new hire who did not know how to react to customer reprimanding him. Customer told this 19 year old to throw out all the lettuce. He didn't want to get fired and just said he couldn't.

I used a gift card at this site and I should've read the reviews first. Not only was the quality of sandwiches terrible, but you are overcharged for what is basically bad components. Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere.

The Philly Steak was full of red onions there was barely any steak and cheese it was dry I had my care provider take the sandwich back and redo it it was horrible ? blah I was so upset about this and hungry the best-selling food is their cookies...terrible food service here!

I would give a 0 star if I could. The hours clearly state that this location opens at 7am. It is 7:40am the doors are locked, and the worker inside ignored me for 10 minutes until I continued to knock on the widow. Once she finally acknowledged me she just put up her fingers to indicate that this place opens at 8am, then walked to the back of the restaurant. Here is a picture of the store hour that is taped to the front window. It clearly says the store opens at 7am. I'm trying to pick up lunch for my kids as they go to school nearby, but I assure you that this subway will never get a penny from me or anyone in my network of friends or parents.

Charged me 10 dollars for a tuna sandwich That same order used to be 6 something a few years ago. I will never walk into another subway as long as I live it's not even real tuna and real bread and yet they want real money Good luck subway

Unripe white tomatoes, wilted lettuce, veggies looked days old. Provolone cheese had that hardened look from sitting out uncovered for too long. No thanks, I had to walk out.

I ordered 2 orders and only one was correct and the other one was completely off, it wasn't toasted like I asked for and I payed extra for it. On top of that it was missing the condiments and most of the veggies I had asked for. Very disappointed usually I go here because I've never had a problem like this.

I'm tired, want a sandwich, stop at Subway, I decide to try the steak and cheese melt. BIG MISTAKE! The 2 girls working are inexperienced, hardly speak, I had to keep telling the 16 yr old what I want on my sandwich. Then she cuts it in half and sticks each half in paper bags and nukes in the microwave for 1 minute. She takes out and I yell, WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? I wanted a hot cheesy steak melt sandwich!! She says it's new procedure. I tell her to let me see sandwich, she pulls out AND ITS NOT EVEN HOT TO BE MELTED HOT CHEESE STEAK!! I yelled, "F THIS!! IM NOT PAYING FOR FALSE ADVERTISING!" I stormed out!! No wonder SUBWAY is rated the WORST sandwich company!!
