I feel bad but there’s a new employee working , needs to be retrained. Never changed his gloves once after touching the cash register and other people sandwiches. I had to ask him to switch his gloves. That’s disgusting. That’s not sanitary at all. Probably won’t go back to this location again.

Only had one person working at night during dinner hour. I ordered online 20minutes in advanced but my order was put to the side since the one employee focused on customers in line instead of following order times. Owner should prioritize more employees to support each other than one person during dinner hours.

Ordered the new pepperoni and cheese roll ups, a churro footlong and a pretzel footlong. The pretzel tasted stale, the churro was hard and tasted old and the roll ups were just nasty.

Very rude lady working there. I ordered online and came to store, she said order was not ready. I said it is ok I could wait but she said you can come back later you do not have to wait!!!
I guess everyone is talking about that rude lady!! And yet, the owner does not give a ***** about it. Will not come back here again for sure. Finally, I end up with an onion sandwich barely any meat. For $14.

I placed the order online at 13:35, and decided to go inside the store to wait for the order, the female staff was like I wasn’t supposed to be there that early with a very rude attitude, and keep repeating I shouldn’t be there until 13:50
Guess what, she finished at 13:40
will not come back

The agent who served us yesterday Saturday Mar 10 / 2024 was horrible . She was dirty and disgusting , she cheated with the quantity and gave me half the size of the usual Salad , same with footlong sandwiches. We were shocked with the bad and terrible service this lady offered. Worst Subway ever .
Absolutely Terrible service. After almost completing my 2 foot longs and 1 6in the manager Rosy put them in the garbage and refused me service. All this because they didn’t want to change gloves and the paper under my sandwich. I requested to change paper and gloves because of touching pepperoni which I can’t eat(cross contamination). Also, no health certificate or business license is posted on front as Manager Rosy denied showing me the health certificate and license.

We went there this morning before 9am and there was one staff present. Her name is Rosy. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just didn't like us, my son and I. We are Asians by the way. She seemed fine with 2 previous Hispanic males but when our turn came, she was rude. You can clearly sense by the tone of her voice that she was annoyed specially when I asked her to repeat what she said. I got annoyed myself and told her to be "nice." She said she's not rude but then the tone of her voice and the manner the way she was talking to me change 100% after. So I figured, she can show good customer service if she wants to. But then again, maybe she also chooses which customer(s) she will be nice to. This happened to us once before, a long time ago, in another subway. We never returned there, made sure all my friends and relatives know what had happened and encouraged them not to go to that branch.

Went in this morning for a sandwich , I said good morning … no response , I said have a good day upon leaving .. no response . She never once looked up or at me . I get to work to eat my sandwich and the bread was like petrified tree bark so just tossed it . Needless to say I won’t ever go to this location again ?????
