$2 for a single bagel? Sure, that I can do I guess. An additional $2 for butter? No way.

I think it is one of the best coffees I have ever had, everything is very delicious, you can prepare the coffee to your liking...the only detail I think is that the employees should not be in their pajamas, they are preparing food and it gives a bad impression, from there everything is good.

Guy at the counter was friendly however the girls prepping bagels were very chit chatty and not paying attention to orders. I stopped by in the morning before the rush and they were serving everyone else’s order before mine. After about the third ordered served I had to say something! If you don’t mind order sequence and just standing around hoping they remember your bagel then this place might suite you well.
It's not like NY bagels, but still good. Lines can be a bit long tbh.

We ordered bagels from this store, and one bagel was $21. Look at what I received--a terrible experience!

I love bagel shack! I honestly prefer them to bagels and brew. They both offer different styles of bagels and are good, but bagel shacks bagels have something different. They are fluffy and light along with their delicious cream cheeses and a good size per price ratio. The staff is usually pretty nice and the owner is awesome and always jokes with me. They have indoor seating and outdoor where you can bring dogs. Smoothies, sandwiches, and bagels are all delicious.

Senior looking to save some $ on good bagels, instead of always Costco. But the day-old policy here is the pits - opaque bags, not to be opened before purchase- ends up with god-awful selections (ie - ALL sweet bagels, topped with donut like sugar coatings), why not let customers see what is in the day old bag, use clear plastic?Better to have satisfied customers. Will not try this option again.
Everytime I've ever asked for a well/extra well toasted bagel, they give me an almost cold, raw, untoasted bagel with cream cheese. At this point, it's my fault for continuing to try.
