No one greeted me with a bagel in hand. I asked for assistance. Requested a bagel to be toasted and it wasn't. Another lady their complained too. I don't think the toaster is working.

Got a lowers bagel sandwich with ham and hated it. The eggs were not appetizing, they had an off taste so I had to remove all the egg from it and eat just the bagel with ham. Would not recommend.

These are ok bagels, but not anything like a NY or Jewish bagels. A true bagel is boiled ...these are not...it is like an english muffin bagel. But it still tastes good, just not what a true bagel eater appreciates......owner very nice!

Pretty decent bagels for CA. I was surprised to find my bagel served open face with barely any cream cheese, but my expectations are high coming as a New Yorker. That’s what I get for ordering outside NYC. Otherwise, the bagel itself was good - nice texture and size. Also, the staff was super friendly

Worst bagel I’ve ever had! I ordered the “Doheny” bagel, and it was soaked in balsamic vinaigrette. I had to return it and order an egg and cheddar cheese bagel instead, but the eggs were overcooked and had an off taste. I do not recommend this place.

My favorite breakfast is the Church's on a Jalepeno or Swiss bagel! For lunch, I'll get the Smoked Turkey Bacon with avocado! Yummmmmm... I also have a vanilla latte with that!!! :) Prices are better than SB too! Bagel Shack ROCKS!
