I got the strawberry blend and I was pretty disappointed. Something tasted off about it. Not sure if they just made it wrong or not

Terrible management and terrible coffee. it literally always tastes like burnt coffee that has been sitting all day. Like the workers don't make fresh coffee an constantly reheat old gross coffee.

Supposed to be 4 stars. I took out one because they still charged me extra for having a cup of water even though I purchased a cup of strawberry ice blend from them. From now on, I delete this chain store from my list

I've never been to a Coffee Bean and ordered a drink for my wife that she said that was below the expected standard, and this location is right on the money. On top of that, they give excellent customer service.

On my most recent visit, I accidentally sent a mobile order to the location on Crown Valley, and I walked on wondering where my drink was. I explained my stupidity, and they completed my order anyway!

I ordered an egg sandwich and caramocha coffee and they both tasted very good. I sat outside and they were playing 80s music and I enjoyed that as well.

Coffee was amazing ! However the lady who took my order seemed insulted and perplexed that I asked for caramel to be added to my coffee... is that not a thing here? She was also very confused when I tried to pay with my phone and it wasn't an iphone

I had a new guftcard and it was not working properly, immediately the manager stepped in and fixed the issue. She didn't think twice, that is what i call leadership and service.
