Visiting from out of town and I’m an early riser (5am) My daughter doesn’t have coffee at her house. Drove to The coffee bean, had to wait til they they opened @6am…worth it 😋

Absolutely terrible experience at coffee bean and tea leaf the manager Erika was beyond rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. She made it clear she didn’t care about helping customers and had no problem showing it. When I pointed out her attitude, she acted like it didn’t matter and even implied that complaints wouldn’t affect her. It was obvious she had zero respect for customers or her job. If this is the kind of service they allow, I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. Stay far away.

I’m a regular customer at this lake forest location , I’ve left a lot of money for coffe throughout the years even before the relocated it to this location (they were in front of Home Depot) before today I came an ask for hot water , intending to purchase a coffee layer on , they charge me $25c for the water yes just water , rang is not just the problem but I’ve seen how they give away water hot or cold for free all the time to their fiends , so this is discrimination and harassment , furthermore , they treat me like I was the one having an attitude , while they were the rude barista since the beginning she said she is the manager Ericka a woman probably in her early 30s and she was very condescending like saying she doesn’t care about my report, I’ve seen baristas over the years come and go since I’ve been a customer for over 10+ years , is a matter of time that she will be gone as people with that attitude doesn’t last long on any customer oriented business . I’ll continue to follow up on this not just on this report to make sure other clients doesn’t het her attitude, she works there and with her horrible attitude she’s giving the business a bad name

Manager needs better people/children skills. Coffee drinks(hot and cold) are delicious. A little pricey, like all of California.😉

Erica, the front cashier (hopefully not supervisor) was extremely rude and combative. She did not have any customer service and started to get in my face yelling that I am the one giving her attitude when I simply when to grab my croissant and accidentally grabbed someone else’s. She comes up grabbing it out of my hand aggressively and rips it away. I am truly at a shock that one can treat their customers like that.
