They forgot several items from a delivery order. When I called, they said that I’d have to pay for a second delivery for them to send the missing items. No sense of customer service to penalize the customer for an error made by the shop.

Since this drive thru coffee shop came into my life I haven’t been back to Starbucks! Love their sugar free options, the breakfast foods are tasty. My fave is the jalapeno biscuit breakfast sandwich. The staff is awesome, always friendly and every drink comes with a little chocolate covered espresso bean!

Horrible experience , they charged me 7.35$ for a sugar free caramel latte only to convince me that they didn't have sugar free syrup when i asked them for a refund she gave me another option without even waiting for me to complete and gave me another order . They charged me for the whip cream( which i remember was complimentary before ) . Bad service by staff members , money minded , a below average coffee .

What a cute place with good coffee and exceptional service. Staff went out of their way to serve us. Bunch of soccer buddies went there to have coffee not knowing it’s a drive through only. We ordered and waited in the parking till a young wonderful lady brought our coffee to us. Very pleased.

Makes sense why they name it the Human Bean. They put a little chocolate coffee bean on top of every drink which gives a little cool factor. Their variety of drinks are very vast and tasty

Love their drrinks & coffee! Service is always top-notch. I would pick The Human Bean over any other coffee place around. I get the same thing every time (muddy snow, an espresso chocolate heavenly drink), and it is always consistent, which is nice since other places, not so much. Drive-thru only! But never a long wait!

There is a small coffee shack that says by itself on El Toro. It can be found to the north side of Lake forrest city. Basically you drive your car up they take your food and coffee order and then that they bring it to your car. It’s a really cute little set up. They have in the coffee is excellent. This place is extremely convenient, very small business.
The best part is the coffee service is quick and very convenient if you travel down El Toro. You don’t have to drive through a mall or a large parking lot. If you check out the pictures you can see is a very simple in and out.
We love this place and cannot give it a shout out enough. The staff are very helpful, very friendly, perfect for those passing through and those living in the area.
