Nice ambience, food is great!

We went with another couple and we all loved Urban. The service was warm, friendly, attentive, and the food was fabulous. I especially loved the ambiance - like an old neighborhood hang out but upscale and gourmet. The music was perfect, set the tone - old style romantic, and not too loud so we could visit easily. We're already planning our next visit in a couple of weeks (if not sooner?!!

Food was undercooked. Didn't send halibut back as I thought it would take too long to refire should have been better for $50. Wife got sick from tri-tip sandwich. I think we're done with Urban Grill.

Our poor waitress was spread thin. No one else helped her with other tables. While she was drowning in a 18 person party requiring individual checks and all our drinks needing refills, a male coworker of hers felt it appropriate to rub her back at the register while he could've helped her tables instead of making her appear visibly struggling to stay composed despite his physical advances. She was very sweet to us. Food was excellent. Creepy physical contact was not.

Great selection of food and extensive Wines at a great price! Service was spot on and the selection of apps and Entrées can fit perfectly anyone's needs and appetites! Will return soon to explore more of the menu!

We eat here every week and its usually good during the week. We have been loyal for years. We went last sunday and it was not good. The food was served cold and they were out of some apps but didnt tell us until the apps were delivered.

Interesting & varied menu & the food was good, but somewhat overpriced. Only one server for about 20 tables. She was great, but overwhelmed. Ambience needs some work!

Love Urban grill & wine bar. It's one of our go tos all the time. Natalie was our server last night & was a pleasure. I had the lettuce wraps which are so good. Everyone else had the wedge salad with various protein, all enjoyed. Highly recommend. And they are open on Sunday for brunch, did that once & it was great!

Service was horrendous. We have been there many times before the change of management and it was one of our favorite places to eat. NOT ANYMORE.
Firstly, the first server could not speak English, then secondly server was terrible, he took our drinks order and disappeared for 25mins; then we had to find him 20mins later to order food. 45 mins later he come back and asks if we would like food still waiting for one of the drinks.
If I could give zero stars I would!!!
There were also two other table where they ordered drinks and meals that never came, or when finally served the food was wrong and tables waiting 20-30
Mins for there credit card and receipt to come back. Whats unfortunate is there were only 4 tables to serve!!!

Our drink and food never arrived and we ended up leaving without eating. We won’t be coming back.

We love this place. The food is always delicious as is the service. I was a bit disappointed tonight with my small plate of lamb. Amazing flavor but for $23, I only had four small bites of lamb. It was never this skimpy before. I guess the six ounces of meat promised included weighing the greens, tomatoes and chimichurri sauce.

Great service and server. We were seated promptly and well tended to throughout. Ordered the excellent beet salad, fried calamari and lamb chops followed by mixed berry cobbler for dessert. Also had a melon refresher drink and glass of wine. All food and drink items prepared by the restaurant were very, very good. Definitely a great choice for dinner and one we would enjoy visiting again.

What a hidden gem in Orange County. We stumbled upon Urban Grill and Wine Bar when we were in town for an event. Don't let it be hidden! Give it a try Excellent, attentive service combined with great food and well mixed drinks (Cadillac margarita is a must) created a memorable experience.

Great fish and chips, perfectly cooked. Only point I take out were the lukewarm fries (which were still very good, I just like them hot!). Service was absolutely spot on.
