I love the food here a lot, it is one of my favorite places to go for a quick lunch, however, there is one Asian lady that works there that always gives me rude stares and she can never hear me right over the loud music. She has taken my order wrong more than 4 times. One time I ordered a Thai tea with no ice and she acted like I had just ordered nachos with no chips and kept questioning me, asking if I was sure I wanted no ice with it. I avoid going to this place because I really don't want to see the lady because she scares me.

Waba Grill sent me a coupon via their SMS Rewards program to try out 5 FREE dumplings with my purchase of a bowl. They also offer 20% off my first purchase but I couldn't combine it with this offer.
Either way, I am pleased! I went with their Waba Steak & Chicken Bowl along with 5 dumplings. My order was ready as promised within 15 minutes. The women at the customer service were quick and kind and they thanked me for coming in. I've never tried dumplings before. I'd say these are pretty good. I'm not sure what kind of sauce they threw in, but it has a nice kick to it that brings a life to the dumplings with each bite.
Now as far as the bowl, wow, their Waba Sauce tastes like honey and teriyaki mixed together! It's so good topped over the steak and chicken and rice! The flavors all just mix so well.
I'd say, this is definitely a place, service and food I'd give a rating of 5/5. The food was so good and I'm thankful for the FREE dumplings and the blessing to try them out for the first time for FREE!

I mistakingly ordered 1 taco and a bowl, when I had meant to order 3 tacos and a bowl. When I got the food I saw only one taco, so I asked for my receipt in case thereâs a mixup. I saw I only ordered one taco on the receipt, so I (only having $4 left on me) went to go sit down and enjoy my one taco. My partner ended up paying for 2 tacos for me, so we patiently waited, and they hand delivered them to us.
I bit into the taco and immediately knew something was off. I tasted spit in my mouth, slimy and warm. I looked at the taco and saw it drip out a little, stringy and with bubbles. Dude itâs disgusting. Opened the taco and there it was under the food. I didnât get upset, I didnât react, I just looked up and saw everyone looking at me, then looked away. I spit it out, of course, then packed up the rest, threw it out and left the store.
They deserve a 1 âïž review, but I know it could be a variety of factors that are specific to each employee. I just pray that whoever sees this knows this kind of behavior could be happening at this location, and to eat here at your own risk.

Sometimes ordering food ahead over the phone can cause the employee to misunderstand your order if you have multiple modifications. Although they are very nice, it's better to order in person if you are ordering take out so you can ensure your order is rung up correctly. The modifications for my bowls despite being correct, were mixed up and in combination with the wrong toppings. Not a big deal, the food was still great and they are awesome taking orders right up until 9pm when they close no matter what! Overall decent service!
